It’s really unfortunate to see this place go down the drain! Are not respectful to employees and customers. Are argumentative and suddenly rude! WD Foods has always been a favorite living in the country with a long drive to town but not anymore especially with changes to a mini mart verses the essentials for being out in the country. I’d rather go the extra miles to town than support this toxic environment.

Under new ownership. Word on the street is that the New owners couldnt be tolerated by existing staff- all previous staff bailed, and that the New owners are unfriendly to women. We wont be back until the new owners learn women have equal status in the US, that the Valley is a singular community, and we will not support businesses who treat our neighbors disrespectfully.

Good place, but very expensive. They literally price almost everything they sell, at double the normal cost!

Denied two Mexican guys that were clearly in the late 30s early 40s alcohol because they didn’t have a id from the USA when any governed issues I’d is valid

Love this store !It is not a full grocery store with everything, but it is not a 7/11 either.Friendly staff, on the side of the store is a coffee sandwich stand.Nice to have old school grocery store and not a chain.

The goon who won't go here because he had to wear a mask caused me to write this review. This is a great little store with friendly people and a really good selection of goods. It's owned by a super nice local family. But yeah, these are actually intelligent people and you WILL need to strap on your mask for the ten minutes you're in there, to keep the employees safe. If you're unable to do so, like "Sean D," then please head on over to the 7-11 in Buttfuckistan, Arkansas.

When you're out on the flats of Skagit county and have left the bustling cities of Burlington and Mt Vernon behind you but forgot to buy dessert or diet coke - thank goodness this little market exists. A few clicks above a convenience store, they have just about everything you need. you won't find vast aisles of fresh fruits, veggies or meat but you will find something that will tide you (or your pets) over until you can make the drive into town. Prices reflect the premium of the long drive to town but sometimes it's worth it.
