We hired them to move my daughter and son-in-law. The experience was great! Dave was the driver and point person at both ends, and he was very professional. Nothing is broken, even with there being some very big heavy things that could have easily broken if they were set down wrong, and everything was packed in the truck very well. They were on time for both the pickup and dropoff of belongings and worked very efficiently. The only bit of feedback is that boxes were not always stacked by weight, so there were some very heavy boxes put on top of light boxes, but it wasn't enough of an issue to affect the overall rating! This group was absolutely fabulous to work with! I was initially apprehensive about hiring a moving company for a cross-country move. In the past, I’ve only worked with local companies based on word of mouth, but this time I did extensive research and found this group. I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The staff was communicative, provided updates throughout the process, and the crew that delivered my belongings was professional and kind. I highly recommend this company!

Allied Bremerton did a great job of moving things from our house from one part of the country to the other, very professional in helping us with packing as well. The household items were handled very carefully and delivered at our new house in relatively quick time in exactly the same condition as they were picked up. Highly recommend them for moving..

Outstanding on all fronts! The in person visit and repeated service was so helpful. The local rep (John quincy) and the driver team (Sheena and Eli) were above and beyond on EVERYTHING! I would give it 10 out 10 (actually I would give my experience with the entire process and these people a 20!!! ). NOTHING broken or damaged, arrived exactly when we wanted it to, pick up to load it was a dream! Can’t recommend enough!

I highly recommend Spaeth Transfer (Bremerton, WA) and Allied Van Lines. The estimator, packing crew, loading, truck driver and unloading crew -- all the personnel involved in my move were professional, polite and experienced. Everything was packed and loaded into the van with care, and everything arrived without any damage.

I’ve moved nearly 30x in my life and this was by far the fastest and most professional move I’ve experienced! Our quote process with Tasha was so fast in person, and no spam calls from competing companies were involved. Our driver Shane was amazing; thorough, swift, a total pro. He was in charge of our items from pickup to delivery - which only took 4 days across the continental USA. I thought about giving 4 stars because I can’t recommend their packing service beyond the absolute essentials (screens, PCs) but the rest of the service was so impeccable it frankly overcompensated. Compared to all the crappy moves we’ve had, these guys were a gift. Extremely pleased with our experience!

We hired Allied Van Lines to pack our house in Hampstead NC and move our belongings to Snohomish WA. They packed the house the last few days of July 2024, put the belongings in storage in NC, then delivered them to our new home on 9/12 & 9/22.
Complaints are:
1. The movers damaged flooring when leaving the property, and delayed taking responsiblity in writing for the damage so we could not recover the money we put in escrow for the buyers ($4,000). They repeatedly scheduled contractors to see the flooring damage, then canceled (at least 3 different contractors). After 8 weeks, our escrow money went to the buyers, and we still have no check from their Insurance carrier.
2. Our belongings were so poorly packed when leaving our home, that the driver who went to storage facility refused to carry some of the belongings. Even the belongings he did deliver on 9/12 were severely damaged. Vases were packed in boxes with no padding, and were crushed. Our piano was damaged (top was ripped off, and foot pedal was bent), TV was crushed, at least 5 lamps were destroyed (metal bases bent) all 5 of the metal tool chests had their sides bent, the freezer had a puncture, our new dining table had a severely scratched corner, etc. All of our clothing was placed in wardrobe boxes, but not secured properly, so every garment was severely wrinkled and will need professional attention.
3. They didn't deliver parts for our kids bunk beds, so they had to sleep on the floor. We had to wait 1.5 weeks for the 2nd delivery truck, when we found they lost the items and will need to be purchased again.
4. We immediately filed a claim for the damaged items, and they offered no apology or any extra help to get us back on our feet.
5. It's now been over 2 weeks, and only received a partial response for the claim, with low-ball offers on damaged items. It appears their method is to wear us out by delaying.
6. Their policy states a $100 credit for every day delay, and they won't honor that.

We recently relocated from Seattle, WA to Columbia, MO. The services we received were consistently professional, courteous, and efficient. Steve did an in person home visit and quoted us a charge of $ 6200, based upon an estimated weight of 4,000 pounds.
We did our own packing of our belongings. The movers, a crew of 3, called a few days in advance to confirm the day and time and arrived at our home at 8:45 AM on the morning agreed upon, and had everything loaded by 11:00 AM. They were efficient and careful with our belongings. The time estimate to get our belongings to MO was 10-20 days. On the 12th day after pick up, we were contacted by Las Vegas based Trey( did not get last name) and he said he would be at our home in Columbia 2 days later, in the morning. He arrived at the agreed upon day and time and was fabulous. He was very professional and careful with our belongings. All our belongings arrived undamaged, and there were many fragile items.
We were also notified that the initial cost estimate based upon 4000 pounds was a bit high due to the actual weight being more like 3200 pounds. Our final charge was $5650, $550 lower than the bid. We clearly had no way to verify the weight independently,
and would have not had any reason to question or contest the estimated charge. We sincerely respect and thank Allied and its agents for their honesty. This alone says a great deal about Allied.
In summary, there were no areas of concern with initial meeting, pickup, delivery, or administrative issues with charges. All staff involved were excellent. Our rating is 5 stars and we would certainly refer friends to Allied based upon our experience.

Our move with Allied Vans has been a nightmare. We've used movers in the past and never has it been strewn with such stress and uncertainty.
We moved approximately 12.5 hours from the old house to the new house. The load should have taken a day's drive. They finished loading everything on a Friday and we were told our items would arrive Monday. Well Monday turned into Wednesday, then Thursday and finally Saturday. We were told part of something broken down. Why it took so long to fix the problem we will never know. Being without all our items for a family of seven was stressful and aggravating.
When the movers finally arrived, they did not pay attention to details and unloaded sloppily throughout the day. Their attitudes were poor, they acted put out and although the contract said they were to reassemble EVERYTHING they took apart, they failed to do so.
It was a frustrating and disheartening day and an exhausting experience. We found many damaged items as a result of transit. They damaged items when they unloaded. We had 12 bikes that were incorrectly put together and damaged during the move. We continued to find additional damaged items as we unpacked more of the house.
In addition, there was an overflow shipment I was not told about until I inquired about some items I could not find, like our lawn mower. Our overflow items still have not arrived. Those items were loaded and on the road 17 days ago.
Allied Vans offers sub par, less-than-average service. I would never recommend them to anyone.
One positive was the price we were quoted was the price we paid, but at thus point, I honestly wish we would have paid more for better service, attention and care.

I have made many moves in the last 20 years. This was a great experience from the initial call. Working with the estimator and office team as well as the moving crew. Great communication, follow up and coordination.
