I could rave for a long time about these guys but I’ll just stick to facts. Dropped off on a Saturday to have a Simrad go7 gps installed. Easy. Had price estimate ready that was exactly what I was expecting from a high quality place. Very fair. I gave them a few extra things I hoped they could take care of too. Some involved my engine, which was a Yamaha. They are a Mercury dealer but told me they will take care of it. They were very accommodating and promised to call me with a price quote. Spoke with them a week and a half later and they gave me the estimate for the couple other things. Called me a week after that and told me they were done. I went to pickup on a Saturday again. They discussed the work they did with me for about 15 minutes. I paid. It was 71 degrees that day so we splashed and everything worked perfectly and looked great. Boat came back clean. I’m very happy with the service and communication and am confident it was done correctly. I will return. I’m thinking about an autopilot.

I had Aqua Tech work on my Maxum 454 c. i. boat motor and subsystems. I have paid them over $12,000. At the end of boating season I took their recommendation and had the entire fresh water cooling system replaced....manifolds, elbows and risers...plus new gaskets replaced. upon returning home with my boat I inspected the work. I have photo proof that non of this work was done. All of the bolts in this system were rusted tight. None of the necessary nuts and bolts were broken free or even replaced. Other than painting the "new" parts black there is not a single part of this system that was really replaced. Either Aqua Tech employees are not really doing any work or the owner Troy simply thinks it was done is beond my mental abilities. When I sent certified mail with 8 enlarged color photographs of the work not being done the owner tried to blame me for his not doing the repairs due to my health issues. I was totally ripped of by this scam company. If your boat needs repairs go ANYPLACE OTHER THAN AQUA TECH BREMERTON. This work cost over $5,000 and it was never - really, never done. Save your $ and go to a better and honest marine shop. Also, you may notice the reviews they show are all 5 stars. They are manipulating Google reviews to do this. My profession is in online SEO...its not hard to do. Best of luck if you go here.

This place is immaculate with fast service the day I stopped. Five stars for having three people working the front of the store. Three stars because they do not work on outboards older than 20 years and when I asked about ordering a part for my mid 90’s Honda 5 hp they just said sorry, good luck. Thought you might want to know.

Chad has gone above and beyond from Day 1 to help troubleshoot an engine issue on our 2001 Sea Ray. Even met the tow boat over at Brownsville to get the boat out of the water since we had our hands full with a newborn baby. There has been truly excellent communication about the issues, costs and options available. Overall would highly recommend!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance

I've been a customer with Aqua Tech for 5 years now and have had a great experience across the board! They have done warranty work, basic engine service and even an insurance claim without a hiccup. I trust them to handle my winter storage needs. They have always made sure the boat was ready to go in the spring. They are easy to work with and give a detailed report on any work they do.Rob A.

Chad and the AquaTech team have been great. Had a hard to diagnose problem with a Bayliner and they did a great job finding the issue and the making sure to work with Mercury to make sure I was covered under warranty. They also do a great job of keeping you informed on progress.Services: Engine repair

Troy and company are the best on the west side of the Puget Sound. High quality guaranteed work with a inquisitiveness and drive to get any job done right. If they don’t provide the services, they know the best to refer you to so that you are taken care of. Been going to Aquatech Marine for over a decade and I always feel safe and confident on the water in all weather conditions.Services: Boat cleaning

Think twice before using Aqua Tech. They diagnosed a problem with my boat. Upon inspection it is clearly obvious that the work I paid for was not done. This is easily confirmed by the fact that the fully corroded and totally rusted nuts and bolts holding the original parts in place had never been removed by this business. There are not even any marks on these nuts and bolts indicating any attempt to take the parts off had been done. In addition, the claimed new gaskets installed are leaking a rusty fluid. Bringing this to the owners attention resulted in a flat denial - without even looking at the work. He actually blamed me for the problem due to my health. Who would ever say that to a clinet of 3 plus years that has spent over $28,000 at Aqua Tech? There are many other certified boat repair shops...try another and get the work you paid good money for!

Great job getting me a motor for my boat. I was lucky to get a motor since COVID-19 has the supply back up.

They don't work on anything older than 20 years old. Found someone who does. He has my business now. To be honest, they were kinda snobby.

Go through aqua tech for my work. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Just recently took a work boat in for 100 hour engine maintenance, took a few days to get the parts in because of covid but got it all turned over the next day.
