“Purchased a car alarm with remote start system. They scheduled the installation on 2-1-2025 afternoon. I waited patiently 3 hours for them to complete in an older Honda Civic. Lewis was very informative with a few questions while I was at their East Bremerton store. Because of the time consuming effort to install and test the equipment, they weren’t able to install the backup camera that I’ve already paid for. They were gonna close in half an hour and also needed to depart before the weather changes. They offered to install another day and time to make up for it and I just need to decide when that can be completed. Staff were friendly and professional during my visit! Great job with the car alarm and remote start system!”
