“I have been a customer with State Farm for 60 years of which 10 of those have been with Nicole Grigg. Anytime I need anything, she is always there to assist. Patrick Chavez is typically the agent I work with and his customer service is impeccable! Even after no communication on my part for several months, when I contacted Nicole to add a new vehicle to my policy, Patrick took care of me right away. And, he even asked about my dog by name! Very personable and spot on with customer service. I highly recommend anyone to enjoy the service of Nicol Grigg State Farm!”

“Appreciate greatly the help we’ve gotten from Sheila & Brenda at State Farm in Silverdale. We had a fire and had a total loss of our garage and 3 vehicles. The claims adjusters are in different states and offices when you call. It is so nice to talk to the local agents you know in person. They’ve answered questions, helped us with sending pictures of the damage , getting info for our claims, and notarizing documents & computer stuff. They are our hometown human “Jake’s”. Thank you”

“Very personal and friendly. I like that it's lcal and not a disconnected vending like service where all you do is push numbers in an emergency. At least I feel as though I have a human to contact if things go in a bad direction.”
