I don't have much love for BOA to start with bUt this branch is the absolute worst, there is always a line and the tellers take their sweet time for the simplest tasks. I have seen on many occasions where the transactions were done but they were engaged in conversation. Many times I have also been given poor information.

You are officially the worst bank ever. I just stood in a long line so I could get $10 in quarters so I could do my laundry - only to be told that you don't do cash exchange unless I have an account. Seriously? The teller's excuse was "All banks are doing that now." Really? Because I've been to EVERY other bank in the area - all the time - I get quarters ALL THE TIME at other banks. "Maybe the smaller banks." Last time I checked Wells Fargo and US Bank were not small - I mean, I've been to EVERY bank in the area - this is the first time anyone has ever NOT exchanged cash for me. And she wouldn't budge on the issue - I asked to speak to the manager - she WAS the manger. Honestly, if I had a customer getting upset and irritated and I'd seen them take time out of their day to stand in a long line, I would have said: "We'll make an exception this time, but just know we don't do it without an account." I closed my account because of stuff like this a long time ago, but I guess it's official - I have no reason to set foot in a Bank of America again. It is $10 US Cash to $10 US quarters - one should NOT have to have an account for that! Went up the road to another bank and they were more than happy to exchange my cash for quarters WITHOUT an account.
