She outlined exactly what it was I would need to provide from afar in order for her to prepare my father's taxes (which were more complicated than in the past because he had recently sold his house). I did not have to pay anything to Parker Mooers & Cena up front. I was billed once the returns were ready to sign and send to the IRS, and the bill was much less than any other fees quoted by other firms. The filing, too, was seamless. I was able to upload all documents to a secure portal, sign via a secure docusign process, and send my payment to them through the mail.
