Walked in and the worker/ owner of some sort was smoking inside the shop. Such a waist of time and energy. If you want good quaility phone service with good customer support I DO NOT suggest this store.

Dear Boost Customers: when buying a new Boost Mobile Device go to Walmart because they are cheaper for the same phones. When you need to re-up service go to Walmart and purchase a reboost card. If you pay online, over the phone or at the store for your monthly service they tack on an extra $4 for the "processing/convenience fee". Also "unlimited data" should mean unlimited data. Their data is ALWAYS limited no matter the misleading "catch phrase" on their reboost cards. Hasn't boost heard about the class action Straight Talk lawsuit that happened over misleading marketing? Yeah...they lost. Customers, be sure to read that "fine print" so there are no surprises later.

Cecelia was terribly inconvenienced and "put upon" having to add the money from already purchased cards because it was a "hassle". This, after a cyber security issue that WASN'T going to cut off our service(the boost website claimed) due to a payment that, because of their issue, we were unable to make.Isn't this supposedly unpleasant task just an unfortunate part of your job?

Wheaton way has a man named Hunter. This guy is the most efficient, amiable professional one has ever met in the mobile market. I recommend this man and his business above all others. Stellar example of over the top customer service, and genuine congeniality. Mike HOn

Good luck getting them to answer the phone. It always rings and then a noise that sounds like a fax machine will pick up. No voicemail at all or any info that could help.

I called and they wouldn’t tell me the activation fee price. He kept saying “it depends.”I called another boost mobile store and found out right away it’s $35. A boost mobile store nearby my place is also $35. I was told this price is going to generally be the same at every store. They could of told me over the phone instead of continually suggesting I come in to the store. One of the reasons we have technology, like a phone, is so we don’t have to drive around; we can call. This non-customer friendly business tactic turned me off.
