Very quick with service and very friendly. Came in for something simple and they gave us the parts seconds flat. We were out of there in minutes with exactly what we needed all with great service and a smile.

These guys are awesome. My truck topper latch broke so I stopped by, one of their guys crawled through the slider, opened it up, replaced the broken cables, reattached a frayed electrical cable and sent me on my way free of charge.

Nick was extremely knowledgeable, helpful. I bought my canopy here 4 years ago, they’ve helped me at other times as well as today.From my experience, my Son and a couple of hunting buddies have come here also and we all have had great experiences. I can’t speak highly enough.

Went in to inquire about truck canopies. Nicely greeted and sales employee was extremely helpful describing in detail the entire process. Very knowledgeable and thorough in describing the available options. Transparent about all fees and shipping time-line.

Besides the nice lady at the counter, Canopy World in Bremerton is terrible. Got an Armor X tonneau cover installed on my 2019 Toyota Tacoma. Noticed it leaking and they tried putting clay on my truck to stop the leaks and it is still leaking. Told them I wasn't satisfied to see what they could do about it and they told me it is because the model of the truck and wouldn't do anything to solve my dissatisfaction. Definitely don't talk to the manager SCOTT there because he is rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Why would you sell a tonneau cover for a 2019 Toyota Tacoma and then tell me it is the model of the trucks fault it is leaking? Doesn't really make sense. Recommend not take your business here. They obviously don't care about customer satisfaction.

Excellent experience at Canopy World. I had a part break on my truck shell. I called and they said to come in so they could see the issue and what would need to be done. Took a quick look and said, “give me 15 minutes”. They were done in less than that and I was on my way. Great customer service. I’ll definitely be back.

Great staff , friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful. Family owned makes all the difference. The one on one customer service is priceless.Prices are great! I would recommend anyone looking for a canopy to come here. They have many locations, and each one has the same great service and selection.
