I spent eight minutes on hold with the branch only to be answered and put on hold again. Then to be answered and told they couldn't help me because they were "with a client" and directed me to the website haha. I only got my question answered by yelling over her protestations. Chase makes enough money to hire enough help so what gives?

I have been a customer for years. Went into this branch to open an account for my son. Pure lazy. I was told it’s almost 6 pm (it was 5:20) and to come back on Tuesday. No thanks I will get an account elsewhere!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life, these people don't care about you. Chase has lost a customer for life because of the poor service I received here.

They have shut down the Port Orchard branch. I DO NOT do any computer banking - NEVER will!!!!! Time for a new bank. There isn't a minus rating, I rank them at-100

So Chase has no business bankers in the area. I tried opening up a business account online. They wouldn't let me. I tried opening a regular checking. It open. The next day the freeze my system. Ive been with Chase for years. And they freeze my account for wanting to open up another account to put even more money in it. While my account froze I had my rent due and cell phone due and a paycheck to deposit which added late fees. When I went in the old lady with grey hair said she will get to the bottom of it. Later that day she called said I needed to bring in two forms of ID and proof of residency. Because it's Friday I spent all of Saturday and Sunday on the phone with a 1888 number kept either transferring me and hanging up on me. For ten hours! Then when I get off work early to drop off paperwork. Then I spent thirty mins dealing with a banker when the other banker I have talked to is watching. He goes talks to her after getting on the phone with them to wait another hour and he said I had to wait to verify I need the two forms of ID. Like what the f**** Don't use Chase !

My mom recently passed but used this bank and they were always very kind and gentle to her. I appreciate them knowing her by face and name and taking care of her through the years.

Customer service in the last year has gone to zero. I'm getting very tired of everytime I go in for a withdrawal or a deposit they inform me that there an atm that I could use. I'm are of the atm and prefer the old school face to face interaction or I used to enjoy it. If not for a certain state bill set up on auto pay I'd leave this bank. I understand it's probably something their paid to inform people but seems as if they don't want their job.
