Everyone in this place is SO nice! I decided to come here whenever I have packages to be returned instead of the nearby post office. I recently had my neighbor return a package to the post office when I was recovering from surgery and they wouldn't even give her a receipt! Then I discovered this Express Mail site takes USPS returns, UPS, really everything but the Amazon returns that don't provide a prepaid label. I love going here!

I recently stopped by Express Mail to ship an international package via DHL, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the experience. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service.
International shipping can be tricky, especially when it comes to address formatting, but the staff took the time to carefully verify my information. This reassured me that my package would arrive safely at its destination!

Extremely easy to print color documents from a USB via their self-service copier. It was 1.56 USD for four one-sided pages.
