I am very unhappy with FedEx they are still telling me that they have delivered my candle last Sunday the 14th at 7:36 PM. They have not! I finally called Bridgewater and they said it will be delivered next Monday so what is wrong with FedEx anyway! What a disappointment!

Not the first time I have had issues with FedEx but this time it definitely got to the top of the list. Had a package arrive today but instead of notifying us that it was here they left it in the middle of our long drive on a busy street in plain view! They didn't even have the courtesy of knocking on our door to say it was here. It wasn't that heavy but the contents cost me over $100 and anyone could have just pulled in grabbed it and left! I have had them throw a package containing glass on my porch and hit my window so hard I thought it cracked!
