The lady was very nice although I came in mins before closing and didn't have my biz ready. Easy steps. No arguments. Great customer service and left with 5 mins to spare before closing. I don't know her name but she had dark dark hair. This is a smaller fedex so probably not too many of front clerks.

Went there for the first time. And was impressed. The guy that ended up helping was. Very helpful and saved me some money. Nice store and clean. Polite and helpful. Thank you.

Excellent service. The young lady at the counter was super helpful. Explained pick up and delivery expectations and even helped tape my box. 5 stars
