The lady was very nice although I came in mins before closing and didn't have my biz ready. Easy steps. No arguments. Great customer service and left with 5 mins to spare before closing. I don't know her name but she had dark dark hair. This is a smaller fedex so probably not too many of front clerks.

Delivery drivers are not knocking on doors for signed packages. Called twice to resolve, now have to drive out to pick it up. Was home both days of attempted delivery. Stuck blank sticker on my railing 5 feet from front door.

Awful place to work. Management spends more time on their phones than helping. The benefits are okay, but the pay isn't much more than McDonald's. Their equipment that scans the packages and mapped out the deliveries rarely worked, I was told to use my cellphone instead.

I had a fairly large, awkward box to ship, that I couldn't carry in by myself (69+ year old female). The lady working the desk kindly took it in from my car. Right on time, the box was delivered and I got my refund. Every time I've visited this place, I've had no wait time.

The FedEx ship center at Bremerton airport is fantastic. Everytime I have been there the employees have been very helpful and provide great service. I had 12 envelopes to get out today but they needed labels and it was 13 minutes before the cutoff time. Wilma, the employee that assisted me, and she got all of the labels done, along with two international customs forms before the cutoff time. Unbelievable! Wilma is a great ambassador for FedEx with that kind of service! The timing was so close that I followed the FedEx truck out of the parking lot! Thanks for the great service FedEx @ Bremerton Airport!

The ladies working here were great, helped out much more than you get over the phone with fed ex customer service, and the one who came from the office to help locate my items was super cute.

After almost 20 years of living in the SAME place my driver cannot find my house. My delivery is marked perishable. I called and gave detailed directions, including the map app to use that will take them directly to my house. Said they would try to come back. They did not. I HAD TO ASK for an option of what to do if it’s not delivered. It was NOT delivered Friday. I was told to go to the FedEx shipping location to pick up my package on Saturday if it wasn’t delivered. I show up and it’s on a truck for delivery. They told me it would be delivered by 2pm. I checked at 12:45 to get an update. It is now sitting at their wearhouse and will be redelivered on Tuesday. So now my FOOD gets to sit and rot all weekend. I would not be so upset if this was not avoidable. However it was and FedEx did nothing to contact me today.

This is a distribution hub, not an office center if that's what you're looking for. Storefront is a little small, but the staff is always nice and helpful.

I had a package that was to ship overnight. It was logged into the Bremerton distribution center at 1121. They made no attempt to deliver it, but changed the date for delivery.

Driver won't deliver my package says office closed when the apartment manager was in the office at 8am they're trying to say that the office was closed at 9:50am
