Annie did a wonderful job on my nails and was able to recreate a photo that I wanted done. I am still impressed by her. She was very nice to talk to also and let me know the price that the design would cost before hand.

I was pleasantly surprised the first time I went in and had Vin do my nails. However this second time I was not so happy walking out the door. I asked for longer almond shape cat eye French tips, I was told no problem. Not only are the nails quite a bit thicker than I am use to but the lady that had been doing my nails all of a sudden didn’t know how to cat eye when it came to painting, she then asked her next seat over neighbors and and then a new gal came to paint them. Long story short I was then charged for two people. Not even asking for a second person to do my nails at all.
I could tell the Second Lady (the one that painted them) was trying to get me a discount but some very not so polite lady (maybe manager?) was firm on her NO.
Lesson learned, only ask for who you KNOW will complete the job themselves and or book online.

The worst nail experience of my life. Went there twice and I am honestly done with salons at this point. Made me bleed and cry the last time I went in and gas lighted me the entire time saying “it wasn’t that bad.” And “I’m just scared.” Made me pay for the full service as well. $30 just to remove the old set and a manicure.
The first time I came in I asked for a short set over and over. (Proceeded to make them super long.) I asked for a specific design. They said they could do it and then half way through before adding the polish said my finger nails are too small for this design. So I walked out with longer nails than I wanted and a design I didn’t want. $90 plus tip.
I then kept catching the extra long nails on things injuring my nails to the point I couldn’t use several fingers for anything and when I came to get them removed because of the pain they hurt me even more. Bending my fingers in ways they didn’t go. Using the grinder on all my nails. (Despite me saying they are all sore. Please be gentle. Let’s just soak them off.) grinding my skin so it bleeds and continued to grind my nails even after I cried from the pain. Do not go here.

I have been coming here for a year now and they are fabulous! I have tried a few nail salons in the kitsap area and they are by far the cleanest and nicest. I never have any issues with scheduling or quality. All the employees there are super nice and attentive everyone is always saying hi and asking how are you. The technicians that I directly typically have are Anh for my Acrylics and John for pedicures. Both are always very nice and gentle. I have such a blast Everytime I go. I typically don’t have much to say about a Front Desk attendant but the Front desk employee Linda here at future nails is THE BEST! When I do have to wait for a
Few minutes she and I have great conversations and she is so on top of the scheduling! I have no idea how they would run without her. I definitely recommend Future nails to all my friends/family and will continue to support their business!

Went in today on a whim and was so happy I did! Definitely found my new nail salon! The spot itself is super easy to get to, bright and clean when you enter and the reception is very welcoming! The space is nicely laid out and everyone was very friendly and had a smile for everyone, I felt so welcomed and comfortable from the moment iw walked in. The pedicure chairs are so comfortable and the pedicure tech did an incredible job topped off with a full 10 min leg massage, she even used a timer! Then Vihn just blew me away with his manicure skills and sheer ingenuity in creating an absolutely stunning nail design for me with chrome powder and replciated intricate butterfly wing details on top that I had shown him on an inspo pic. I honestly think his creation was better!! And that was all icing on the cake after he redid my acrylics so beautifully they were bright and fresh and perfectly shaped. Absolutely 💯 recommend!!!

Prices are not accurate on the website so be warned when making an appointment. The nails came out very nice and I love them. Although there was a lady who worked there who was very rude and gave attitude. Customer service was not great.

TL;DR my nails are different shapes and lengths, have to wait to grow out before they can be fixed.
Cute interior, but not at all impressed with the service I received.
I went for gel with a short coffin shape. My pedicure looks good, my hands do not.
My nails are completely different shapes and lengths. Some are square, some are coffin shaped but lopsided bc one side is more filed than the other. My pinkie on my left hand is twice as long as the one on my right.
They started gel before I could even check them. I trusted they’d do a good job. WOW was I wrong. I’m sure they were pressed for time but still not an excuse for embarrassingly poor quality.
They are laughably bad. A new nail tech would have done better. I honestly would have been better off doing them at home.
They were also out of the first 3 gel colors I asked for.
Would not go back. Go anywhere else.

I just got the basic manicure and pedicure.
Pedicure was decent. Polish could have been applied with a little more detail but overall was fine.
My manicure: I needed my dip powder nails (done at a different location) removed. No color added.
My 3 stars are for this very thing.
The lady I had really damaged my nails taking it off. I mean like paper thin nails and they hurt if I accidentally do something that causes the tips of my nails to bend. They aren’t even long per my request, but are really fragile. She filed and filed them with the nail dremel. She soaked them but primarily just dremeled them. She didn’t do anything to help nourish or polish them out so they’d be smoother. They’re all scratched up. When she applied cuticle oil, she told me to go wash my hands… so when I left my hands and nails were dry. Why wouldn’t you have the client wash their hands and then apply that so you walk out the door with oil on your nails/cuticles?

I have had my nails done at Future Nails on multiple occasions and each time has been a disappointment. My cuticle was badly clipped during a pedicure and every time I got my nails dipped, by the time I was going to bed that night they were already chipping resulting in me having to waste more time to go back and get them fixed. The last straw for me was when I had a French manicure done and I went back the next day because as usual it was chipping. The technician’s idea of “fixing” it was painting over the chipped spots with white paint (this was a dip set that I paid for). I became upset when the result was nails that looked like they had been filled in with whiteout. The original technician then proceeded to gaslight me saying he didn’t see anything wrong with it and that it is going to chip anyway and I need to “calm down.” Dip should not be chipping in less than 24 hours. I eventually made him correct them the proper way it should have been done but they need to learn that the customer is always right. I pay for a service not your opinion. After that experience I will never set foot there again and neither will my co-workers who also went there.

I was really excited to try this place out. I called yesterday and asked when they’d have some availability today, they told me to give them a timeframe that works for me. I told them 1pm and they put me and my sister down for a full set and fill. It’s been 45 minutes since our appointment and when I asked the front desk what’s going on, they told us that there was still one person ahead of us. I don’t know who has time to wait an hour plus after their appointment time but in my opinion that’s just bad business management. Beyond frustrating and have no interest in going back.
