I will never use this company again. Rented a vehicle from them and almost a month later they send me a bill stating that damage was done to the vehicle and I am responsible. The picture of the damage they sent me didn’t have any vehicle identifiers in it. Tried to fight it and they said I had to prove that I didn’t do it. Shame on me for not taking photos or video of the entire vehicle at pick up and drop off. I thought I was renting from an honest company but found out the hard way that is not the case.

Made a reservation for a rental car only to find out they didn't have any cars available and said they wouldn't have one for days. They couldn't even cancel the reservation for us-- they made us call another number and waste half an hour of additional time to do so. Really poor service. Would never recommend.

Ordered a mid-size car on expedia a few days ago, but today, when I got there, there was only a full-size truck. Luckily, my ride that dropped me off waited to make sure i had a car so I could get a ride to a different company.

Walked in and got a car easily with no reservation, everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful.
Car was very clean too!

There is no point making a reservation at this location because even if you get a confirmation they will very likely not have cars. Regardless of status or how often you use Hertz this is without a doubt the worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. 0 stars, paid Uber $20 to get here and am told I may or may not get a car sometime in the next few hours.
Edit: thank goodness I got a meaningless response, makes me feel a lot better about wasting the $40 it cost to get to this location and back. Blaming “the system” for these issues is ridiculous. There’s no reason your system should confirm a reservation if there’s no car available. After having a Hertz rental for about 6 weeks out of the last 6 months, really excited to rent with anyone else in the future.
Edit 2: still no call, looks like no car rental for me.

Don’t waste your time. The individuals who work here have no interest in helping or doing their job. I have never been talked down to so disrespectfully from a rental car place. Go to enterprise, they are friendly and helpful.

The reservation agent was extremely helpful and pleasant quick and efficient. There were several technical "hiccups " beyond anyone's control that were handled with grace and positivity. I got some personalized instruction on the all- electric vehicle I chose to rent. Great experience!

Unfortunately when we arrived in Bremerton they did not have any car available (the reservation had been made and confirmed)
Apparently the agent couldn't contact but I didn't receive any email... And we didn't get any help from there.
A very bad experience
Back to Seattle...
