Don’t waste your time. The individuals who work here have no interest in helping or doing their job. I have never been talked down to so disrespectfully from a rental car place. Go to enterprise, they are friendly and helpful.

The reservation agent was extremely helpful and pleasant quick and efficient. There were several technical "hiccups " beyond anyone's control that were handled with grace and positivity. I got some personalized instruction on the all- electric vehicle I chose to rent. Great experience!

Car was filthy, location so understaffed that they close in the middle of the day then there's a line of 6 people all trying to return cars when staff finally returns late from their lunch. Rude staff and incredibly unhelpful.

We have our rental currently and it definitely wasn’t maintenance before we got it. Took it off the lot and right away it said “oil change” required, then “wiper fluid low”, then the back breaks squeak while in reverse also none of the usb plugs work!! Car had lots of scratches on it but atleast they took photos and sent them to us. Overall this is the worst car we’ve ever rented. I will be letting them know when we return it. I will also be calling the main hertz to let them know. For this price we should get a decent maintained vehicle.

Car was not ready for pick up at reservation time and was not able to be provided until 2 hours later. Branch refuses to pick up the phone. Documentation they provide uber keeps getting denied

Wish I could give them 0 stars!! Booked a rental 2 weeks in advance just to be told when I showed up, that they did not have a car available for me! Then the guy that was working there said he tried to call me, but the number they had listed was incorrect. Which when he read the number to me, that is my actual number. It’s obvious a call was not made!! I spent money on a Lyft and rushed around on my lunch hour just to be lied to and then told to call a number to cancel the charge that I was going to get for not picking up my rental. I talked to some foreign chick named “Twin” who informed me that the actual location is responsible for canceling that charge. All I know is, I BETTER NOT BE CHARGED. Absolute worst business and customer service experience I have ever dealt with in my ENTIRE life!!!

Place is a joke. Cars need tune ups or oil changes. Not cleaned or really documented. I give a -10 rating. Rented car for 6 weeks. Asked for insurance many times. Didn't get added. Returning the car no key drop off. Next morning car was there but now has damage. Took without permission 3042 my deposit of 6 weeks charged over drafted my 1000 limit credit card. Denies and now I owe this all back to my credit card with over draft fees. *Uck this place

Received a vehicle that had not been inspected and was having engine issues, had to call customer support and wait for them to do something, a new vehicle was being set up but had to wait for a taxi to go to the airport location to which they knew nothing about what was going on till they decided to check their email. Returning the vehicle to the original rental location was horrible. The location was closed down with a small sign on the door stating they were closed down. No customers were notified and were majorly unconvinced for their lack of communication. When you look them up online it gave no indication that the location was shut down. You call and are not given information to contact corporate for instructions to return vehicle. You get a 2 star review for great customer support he deserves a 5 star rating. Everything else deserves NO STARS

It's a crazy busy time for rental cars and this sure looks to be one of the highest stress jobs that I've had the pleasure to be thankful wasn't my job. But with all the stress and the crazy in full force, Chris was completely communicative and managed to pull off getting me behind the wheel of exactly what I needed. I even got a discount I had no idea that Hertz even had! Way to go Chris! I'll not soon forget your hard work on my behalf!! Oh, and the car is amazing Hertz! Thank You too!!

Overview: this location will scam you for extra charges you explicitly said no to. I do not recommend, and you should use at your own risk.My husband and I got a rental through our insurance Statefarm after a car accident. During the initial rental process, we told the agent at the store we didn't need any extra insurance or wavers, since we were renting through Statefarm and had full coverage. There's three or four different waver options for extra insurance, and we declined all. Signed papers and got the keys, etc without any issues.When we returned, the agent informed us we owed almost $600 because of the extra insurance waver we signed for. We argued that we did NOT agree to any, but ultimately he wouldn't let us leave without paying. I told him I would be contacting customer support.Customer support offered me a 50% refund, but I said that was not good enough, we didn't agree to the charges to start with, Im not going to pay half of a charge I never agreed to. I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said the supervisor would call me back. Which never happened.Multiple calls later, most of which was spent on hold with no supervisor, the supervisor reneged to the offer of 50% refund and said they couldn't help me and that the $570 charge would stand. I've now disputed the charges with my bank.
