0 0 0 0 stars we did our taxes and the lady never finished the paperwork so we were waiting on our taxes and long story short she never completed it. Had to go in again 3 weeks later and finish the paperwork that she didn’t complete so now we have to wait at least another 3 weeks to get our taxes . We didn’t get an apology they didn’t ask us to take care of the fee are anything. They are usually good about there services been going there for a few years and sent slot of people to them but I’m not going there next year

Horrible service and communication, said price one was thing, changed it after I arrived. Receptionist was on her phone and gave constant attitude.

We dealt with tax advisor Pete. I would give 0 stars if possible. Terrible service, awful communication. I even filed a complaint with the manager, and she couldn't even be bothered to reply to me herself, just got Pete to email me. Will be filing complaint with head office.

I have been having my income taxes done here for year’s and they are truly amazing people they care about everyone’s individual’s need’s and situation’s , they don’t just see a dollar sign on what they’re earning on their fees. They actually see us and understand that not everyone that does comes into H & R Block has the same need’s. Give them a chance and you too can see exactly what I already know from my experience.
