William Grimes (the younger generation GenZ) has excellent knowledge,great eye, catching errors that the other branches didn't. He helped me set up MyBlock, gave me great advice, and I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

Great location. One curb step to access the business. I have been getting my taxes done at this location for the last three years. The staff is great and this particular location is extremely clean and very well taken care of. My only complaint was the price.

I regret ever going here. I was charged $410 for the following: Filing Federal Return, Filing State return (I lived in another state this year), filing rental income, and filing student loan interest. Filing student loan interest deduction was $170 just by itself. This pricing was not given to me until the end of my second in-person meeting with a "tax pro" who was really just a frazzled temporary worker with too many appointments. I had also had to explain to her why I had 3 different W-2s from the same company (one is federal, one is from one state, one is from another state), after she insisted I needed a corrected W2. She was 30 minutes late for my first appointment, and after completing everything in my second appointment, I paid $410. However, the status in my portal still shows as "with a tax pro." So I don't actually know if they filed my taxes.
