Imperial Trucks and RV deserves every bit of praise I can give them! Ed, the owner, is a true gem in the industry. He’s not only incredibly helpful but also refreshingly reasonable. The maintenance coordinator was fantastic, fitting my RV in for emergency repairs despite their busy schedule. What truly sets this place apart is Ed’s honesty and integrity. I had the privilege of witnessing him explain a simple, no-cost solution to a customer who initially wanted to spend thousands on truck repairs. The problem was fixed, and the driving improved significantly. If you’re looking for a place that values honesty, great service, and reasonable prices, look no further than Imperial Trucks and RV. I’m thoroughly impressed and highly recommend them!

I needed a maintenance service on my Ford RV. It is hard to find anyplace that will work on the running gear of motorhome nearby. I scheduled a 30k miles service and a diagnosis for a vibration while driving. While readying the rig for travel, the slide quit working. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Their inspection revealed the vibration to be the tires, the slide problem was a simple sheared roll pin. They did the 30k service which took the most of the cost and found nothing of significance. I only wish the invoice revealed more specifics as to what they did. (Did they lube all Zerts fittings?)The price was what one would expect. I would have no problem recommending them.

Fantastic FIRST experience! Anna is a gem, excellent communication, follow through, and knowledgeable! The mechanics and diesel mechanic is top notch. I requested a THOROUGH chassis inspection on our DP Tiffin freightliner chassis. I am a picky picky person and take care of my equipment. I want the best and I found it. Imperial already has a very thorough checklist they incorporate which exceeded my expectations. They found our SAFE-T-PLUS steering strut was installed INCORRECTLY by another RV shop in Sequim (The Sequim RV shop is a "certified" dealer for SAFE-T-PLUS) after being on the road for a year! What does that say? Superb mechanical skills. Imperial is the best truck and RV repair that I have witnessed over many years, and they instilled confidence in their work BY ACTION, not just words. I have had "inspections & work done" from other shops in Kitsap County and Jefferson County which I have ZERO CONFIDENCE in...do your homework and due diligence but you will find that Imperial Truck & RV is THE BEST SHOP, HONEST SHOP, AND NO UPCHARGING like the rest like to do. No BS, no frills, just COMPETENT STAFF - FULL CONFIDENCE! Thank you Imperial, I am very impressed!Services: Steering & suspension repair

Worst service I've ever received, we had our rv scheduled to get a few things fixed before we leave in a week so we dropped it off on the day and time the appointment was, the women had then called to have us come pick it up without doing anything to us she had said she was too busy ( they over booked themselves) so we said we have a week you guys have time and she then told us they refused to work on it and to come pick it up now.

There customer service sucks the lady in the office is rude and disrespectful , what happened to honesty and common decency, if they had issues all they had to do was to say something but to be given the run around for MONTHS!!! Is not how I do business!!!! I am a paying customer want to be treated fairly. I do NOT appreciate being continually lied to

As much as I don't like to post bad reviews, in this case I truly have no choice. This involves my 38 foot class A motor home (7000 miles) which also happens to be where I invested some savings from my old military days, as it was intended to be a "backup home.” So the failures of this service center affected me deeply. I left my motor home with Imperial RV due to some needed work (auto leveling jacks would not retract, bad smell from battery compartment/sulfur, and a windshield wiper that kept falling off while driving). It was going to take them some time to fix it so the plan was to leave it for a few months. I requested that they winterize it as must be done approaching winter months. The owner was there and the front desk rep asked if I wanted it dewinterized also. I agreed. They had called after close to 2 months and advised the smell was resolved, and they had everything done. They wanted a call 24 hours prior to pickup to charge the batteries, which I did and was assured all would be ready. When I went to pick up, and asked how they fixed the smell issue, they said it just went away - they didn't actually do anything. But they were convinced it was okay now. This surprised me. Then when I went to turn it on and the wiper fell off, I asked if they had fixed it, they admitted they forgot, and would work on it but they had to order wipers, so I would need to come back the next day. The next day when I called to check in as it was time to pick it up, they said they were having trouble charging the batteries and that they didn't know if it would be done that day. I asked if there was a battery problem, they said maybe but they never checked. I asked if they could check and why didn't they before as they worked on diagnosing the sulfur smell coming from them, they said they didn't think it was necessary. I asked if worn out batteries could be the cause of the slow charging, they said definitely. I was shocked they never checked this. They said they could service the batteries for a fee. However they called later saying they are non serviceable and do I want to replace them even though they would not have time to test them. I was upset at this point, talked to the owner who said it would cost 175 each to replace the "2 batteries." I said ok. 175x2 would be $350 which I was okay with. When I arrived pick it up they said they never got the windshield wiper, but they could tool the current wiper so it would not fall off. I had no choice so agreed, then I got the bill and they charged me roughly 225 each x4 batteries plus labor charges and over $100 to fix the windshield wiper so all in all the 350 became well over $1000. I argued a bit but they were firm and I was desperate to leave for an important deadline / trip so I paid it. I also paid the thousands for the other repair they did. So then I got into my RV and turned on the kitchen sink and water instantly flooded the RV. I went to the water heater and it was leaking water. I turned on the bathroom sink and it was leaking. I opened the water compartment outside and it was leaking. I went in and asked what happened, did they not winterize it. They said they did not, and insisted they have no record or memory that I ever asked for it. I explained the whole conversation, the owners words, etc., and they just denied it. I asked how can it be even if they failed to write it down that they would just knowingly let an RV get destroyed by freezing temps, who would want that to happen? And they had been working on the water as they tested the sewer system, left water in pipes, in extreme freezing. They were not moved in the least. The owner just said "we don't remember that." Wow! And so I left into the frozen night with a broken RV after paying them thousands of dollars. I called many times to try to work things out, but they never returned my calls. They just don't care. Follow vets beware, this was a nightmare, find another service center.

As much as I don't like to post bad reviews, in this case I truly have no choice. I have had the worst mechanic/service experience in my life at this service center, and their mistakes cost me thousands of dollars. This involves my 38 foot class A motor home (7000 miles) which also happens to be where I invested some savings from my old military days, as it was intended to be a "backup home" to ensure I would have some desired freedom. So the failures of this service center affected me deeply. It was going to take them some time to fix it so the plan was to leave it for a few months while I was traveling, and pay a storage fee they offer. I requested that they winterize it as must be done approaching winter months. The owner was there and the front desk rep asked if I wanted it dewinterized also. I asked how much work that involves since I always did both myself and dewinterize seemed pretty quick and easy. The owner joined the discussion and explained all of the steps and it sounded very thorough so I agreed to do both. They acknowledged both would be done, and I left it in their care with winter fast approaching (and the understanding I would not be back for a few months which meant it would be with them in the core frozen winter months). They had called after close to 2 months and advised the smell was resolved, and they had everything done. They wanted a call 24 hours prior to pickup to charge the batteries, which I did and was assured all would be ready. First impressions of a business will set the the tone of how a business operates. The second you walk in- you are greeted by the angry dysfunctional office person. Getting past the angry office person was difficult, but I knew Imperial Truck and RV had a solid reputation. The work I had done was completed, I was overall satisfied and I was confident that my RV would have no issues. Why the two stars, because I was very uncomfortable dealing with angry dysfunctional office person on my first visit and when I picked up my RV. I cannot recommend this business for customer service, but I do think the work is solid and reasonably priced.

These guys really saved the day! Brought my F350 in with the check engine light on, and in limp mode. They were able to diagnose and tell me the problem in minutes! The error code was P20BA, which showed up as my DEF tank heater being the most likely cause of the issue. They got on the phone and within 20 minutes had the parts ordered from a supplier in Portland! The parts arrived the next morning and my truck was completely finished in under 24 hrs!! I was beyond shocked! Super professional and incredibly fast!! Thanks soo much you guys!!
