I love this jack in the box only because of Bella. Hearing her voice on the intercom when taking my order just puts me in a good mood. Then the food ontop of it. She's never messed up my order like others on the drive thru and even tho I've been parked few times. Bella brings out my order with courtesy and politeness.

This drive-thru is so incredibly slow!!! I had time ti make this review while at the window waiting for my food!!! All I ordered was 2 shakes and some fries. I sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes! Then the window for 15 more minutes!!! The people working did nothing to even acknowledge the wait or say sorry or even hello! Such a waste of time for cold food and bad shakes. Go to another location. Or McDonald's.

Service was bad and slow. After seeing the workers, I almost didn't want to eat the food. They all had some nose, lip, and hugh round ear rings. And did not look very hygienic. Waited forever for our food. Just not going to go there again until they've cleaned up.

This place has doubled its food prices, and the items get smaller and smaller. The quality isn't what it used to be either. $30 for two people!?!?! Totally ridiculous.

Came in at 2 am after a long and frustrating shift at my job, only to be pleasantly surprised by the customer service here. The food was nice and hot, and on the drive home I got to munch on hands down the best Jack in the Box onion rings I’d ever had.

Expensive. $17 for chicken strip combo? Also were out of regular coke. Food was freshly hot and yummy...just cost more than I would like.

The breakfast sandwiches, burgers, Tacos, hash browns, chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, and fries were a great spot of taste. Delicious food of all times. I've waited patiently for the food to be ready and it turned out good.

???Angry Manager around 11:00pm.I am a short person sometimes my reach isn’t the best and she got mad at me and asked me to pull closer. Whatever fine!The next time I showed up I pulled close handed her my money and she just let it fly.I threw the change down without thinking because I had to stop the $20 from flying and it’s snowing.This girl gets mad tells me change is missing so I grab her more change and then says it’s too late and hands me back more coins.I told her there’s no need here’s the TWO PENNYS YOURE COMPLAINING ABOUT. She said it’s too late .I said no it’s not get the manger to open the register and she refuses and argues with me.Says she’s the manager!In the end she ended up having to open the register anyways !!!All that bickering and attitude for absolutely nothing !

I've only been here 3 times through the drive thru, and the wait time is ridiculous. There was only one car infront of us and we waited so long that I was about to walk inside and ask them what happened. Then, my burger was tough, chewy and dried out. I wont be back. The food is not worth the wait.
