Started working on my grandma's generator (who needs it for dialysis). She waited for weeks with no update on when it will be fixed or when the parts will be in. Finally called her and complained about his personal issues with his wife and then another week passed. My grandma texted him and he called her back being extremely rude and yelled at her over the phone to find someone else.
