My daughter and I went to Lowes last week. Looking for an air conditioner shelf. They didn't have any. But the very nice young man named TY helped us. He was amazing he came up with some ideas and we went other route. He was so polite and helpful. And because of his way to help we'll be going back.

Best knowledgeable, friendly customer service around. John in the mailbox area knows his stuff real well. I wanted one mailbox john said there out said they had them in silverdale got the mailbox i wanted. Also Dave in appliances very helpful had My freezer break and asked him if I could fit the big ol 18.5cft freezer in the short bed and he said yeah. Got the freezer paid for out of the back and in my bed in 15min.

Don't use them for windows! Numerous visits to measure, numerous deliveries, numerous installation visits. Took forever and installation quality was marginal.

I love Lowes, but their delivery service can go. They DROPPED my $3500 Whirlpool refrigerator and pushed my daughter to sign for it. EVERY PIECE OF GLASS INSIDE WAS SHATTERED. They suck. I have had issues in the past as well. Be warned, you will WAIT ALL DAY for any delivery. Shop elsewhere.
