I initially brought my car in here because it’s close to my house and thought it would be convenient. It turned out to be anything but. Brought my car in to have them diagnose what was wrong with my AC. I made an appointment, I was on time. The lady wrote my info down on a notepad, I handed her the keys and I went home. This was hours before they closed that day. I called the next morning around 11 and the guy who answered had no idea what vehicle I was talking about. They hadn’t even entered it in the computer yet. So he did it right then while I was still on the phone with him and said he would call with an update probably within the hour. I never heard back that day. So I called again the next day. The lady said I was on the list of people to call back that morning and asked if she could call me back in like 30 minutes. I said okay. Again, didn’t hear another peep that day. At this point they had had my car for 48 hours for a diagnostic appointment and I’m getting frustrated. I have a job and kids and I need my car. So the next day I went in and talked to the guy that had answered the phone the first time I called. I pulled in and see that my car is parked at the restaurant next door. Interesting but okay, their parking lot is small so I kind of get it. Anyway, the guy I talked to said he was the manager and they’ve been extra busy and he apologized for not getting back to me. He said he would make it a priority to look at my car right away. THEY HADN’T EVEN LOOKED AT IT YET. It had been 60 hours since I dropped it off. Another guy who was at the front desk when I came in gave me his name and said to ask for him when I call next and he would help me out. Okay fine, I went home to get ready for work. The next day I call and ask for the guy who had given me his name. He was at lunch so I talk to the manager again. He starts to tell me what’s wrong and says he can’t find the full report and can he call me back in a few minutes when he finds it. I’m hesitant based on the lack of call backs but whatever. I have other things to do than wait on hold so I say okay. I didn’t hear back. This is all sequential to today when they are closed so I have to wait until tomorrow to hopefully find out what’s wrong. They haven’t even done any work yet and it’s been almost a week. I’m so frustrated and disappointed and won’t be getting my AC or anything else fixed here.

Truck had a few problems and could not find shop to work on it. Dealer suggested Meineki Bremerton, I would never thought of this shop but glad I took dealers advice.
Shop kept me informed and was given rides back home with their good customer service. Even fixed items they discovered for free.
Noticed noise coming from same area day after getting truck back home, back to shop and within an hour I was back on the road.

Had to reschedule for the next day. Never rotated tires or check fluids. General Mngr is cool. Was supposed to have coupon applied at time of scheduling but over charged me $108.00 for 5qts of oil, oil filter.

They did a very good job at finding out the problem and fixing it quickly for me keeping me in the loop of what was the plan to get me back in my car i would take my car here again if i needed too (: very good service!

Worst service ever! My vehicle was damaged, and I wasn't notified. While it wasn't a lot of damage, that fact that I had to find it myself. If I were notified and they would've advised me they would replace the damaged part, I would've been fine with that. However, finding the damage and having to do the foot work to have it fixed is disappointing!! I've taken all my vehicles there for years and I now have to find another shop...truly disappointing!!
