Had to bring in the Service Manager, Ryan, to get any kind of decent service during our visit. Ryan was a pleasure to deal with and finished our service visit in an extremely professional manner. Ryan is the reason for 3 stars instead of 2. Gennifer, our assigned service advisor, claimed to not have received several phone messages; did not follow up on a text message that she sent (but was never received) to get the okay to start on my vehicle nor did she follow up on a phone call that she claims to have made either. And when we showed up to talk to her in person, she threw a horrendously defensive attitude about all of this clearing indicating that she was in no way at fault for the utter lack of communication. Additionally, being laughed at on the phone by Terry, that answers the service phone, was absolutely uncalled for and utterly unprofessional. IF I ever have to take my Honda in for service again, I will request a different advisor and will never work with Gennifer again.

I bought a used car from West Hills Honda on June 2. Today is July 24 and I still don't have my plates. My temporary ones expired the 17th. The 17th I was told they would overnight night them. I was also promised a second key fob. They were going to get it from the guy that traded the car in. I texted the sales person Martin he said he would make sure the plates were sent. When asked about the key fob he said the man didn't bring it in and he wasn't paying for it out of his personal money. I said maybe you should check with a manager. He said he would. I called Friday and was told they would check into my plates and have a manager reach out to me. It's Monday they are going to mail my plates today and check on the key fob. I'm going to call every day until this is resolved. All the old school thoughts about car dealers are true here for sure. Rating 1 star is too generous.

Worst car experience ever! Over priced, no one ever calls you with updates, and it's taken 12 days to get my car back that just needed a gas line If you get Ryan as a technician ask for someone else. Made a bad experience turn into the worst experience, never coming here again

A mutual friend gave me Mike’s info when I needed help as a dissatisfied client of Heartland Toyota (part of the auto group). Mike came to the rescue! He made sure I was heard and got my deposit refund processed that same day.
