“Unlike the 1 star reviews posted for the Silverdale NFCU branch, we have nothing but positive things to say regarding the customer service we have received in the 21 years we have been using this branch out of the 26 years we've been members of NFCU, both stateside and abroad in the Philippines & Italy. I'm docking them a star only because their automated phone system, just like many other businesses nowadays. There is NO FAST WAY to speak directly with a live human being without going thru a menu of several items to ascertain the reason for your call.”
“Excellent service. Now that Covid restrictions have lifted the wait times are less and last time we were in and out in less than 15 min. We always come here first to get a car loan because very often they have better rates. But beware of their Mortgage service as I have not heard any good things. Customer service from the tellers is also excellent, and they will take time to explain the process to my kids when they make transactions.”
