Olympic Village Apartments offers a mix of experiences for residents. The apartments are described as nice and spacious, accommodating two people and a pet comfortably. Many residents appreciate the helpful and friendly staff, particularly the leasing consultants and maintenance team, who are quick to respond to concerns. Parking is generally well-managed, but it varies by location within the property. However, there are some drawbacks noted by residents. The trash compactors often remain full, and issues with pet owners not cleaning up after their dogs have been mentioned. Noise from neighbors, particularly from heavy-footed upstairs residents, can be disruptive due to thin floors and ceilings. Additionally, some apartments have drafty windows and doors, leading to discomfort during colder months. While maintenance is efficient, some residents have faced multiple issues that required attention shortly after moving in. The recycling options are limited, and the cardboard dumpster fills up quickly due to a lack of proper disposal practices by some residents. Overall, while the community has its challenges, many find it a reasonable choice for apartment living in the area, especially if one can secure a top-floor unit to minimize noise disturbances.
Nice apartment, unfortunate that there is only two trash compactors and they’re full 80% of the time. Also, people not picking up after their dogs, disappointing :(. But the fireplace is a plus lol

I just moved in here and to move in. Was straightforward. Was simple. The leasing consultant Ryan Browne was great. He was straight to the point he worked with me to get all my stuff settled in quickly. It was an overall good experience!

I’ve lived here for over a year, and it’s been great so far. Ryan and Kalina in the office are quick to respond to any issues or concerns. :)
