PCHS has staff that is far superior to other places. The staff is competent, friendly, and listens to patients. They go out of their way to make everyone feel like family. The provider listens and offers multiple options if available. PCHS takes care of patients and makes them feel safe. The pharmacy is wonderful and helps patients in need. The staff is kind and professional, except for one check-in person who can be rude and short with patients. Overall, PCHS has good people who take care of patients and make them feel like they are not just a number. They are recommended for their kindness and care. Patients feel comfortable with the staff and appreciate their help. PCHS has taken care of patients for a long time and continues to provide good care.

Love these guys they go out of their way to make everyone feel like family and I know that you are going to find it as easy as I do to be able talk about yourself and your history with health care issues.,because they LISTEN to their patients.

Was pleased with the kindness shown and patient professionalism by the nurses and doctor i saw. Most of the check in people were super friendly except one gal who I've noticed upon multiple visits to be rude and short with ailing patients having concerns.
