This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. Ive had so many problems filling meds here. If they mess up again I'll drive further to McWilliams that is way better then callow. I have some meds filled at McWilliams still cause callow can't get it right. Now my grandaughter is sick and they can't seem to get the order done. 🤦♀️ Think I'll report this place as they need to step up. I've worked in the medical field since I was 18 became a nurse delt with doctors pharmacy and ins companies all my life it's not this hard. 42 now and all's I can say is wow. Unbelievably frustrating. When I had a doctor's appointment they asked me which pharmacy I said callow she sighed said are you sure I said unfortunately yes. Sad the medical professionals even know if the lack of work ethics here from this pharmacy.

I have only started to use this pharmacy recently. I have been trying to call since early this morning. Can’t get through to anyone. I finally do 2 minutes before they are set to close, and the person picked the phone up and hung up. Of course when I call back, no one answers.

I switched from Walgreens and it's been so much better. When calling. I've been able to get through for assistance and they've been very helpful and kind.

I would like to share a review about the produce. It’s ridiculous on how much groceries are already but it’s really sad when you rely on delivery and they don’t pick out your fresh produce products. I can tell that they’re kind of lazy when it comes to picking out the produce I get rotten strawberries I get moldy cucumbers. I have also noticed that there are items like the cheese with the grapes The dates are outdated and they’re still selling it when they’re bad.

Very rude pharmacist (white male ginger). Told me the reason why my meds are not there because it has been ready for two weeks. When in reality I got the notifications 4 days ago that my meds are ready and to reply “APPROVE” if I want a refill. Other than that, other pharmacists are very nice.

Generally speaking, nice staff. Never know who is lying when it comes to refills though as my doctor says they aren't contacted and Safeway Pharmacy says they don't get a response.I get it, pharmacists do NOT have an easy time right now. This is why I am rather patient nowadays, but when i am repeatedly told my doctor's office doesn't respond and my doctor's office says they were never contacted...Ultimately I just blame how abysmal our healthcare system is.

Misleading information on meds "picked up for delivery". That just ment their delivery carrier picked up. Took another 4 days! Last two times refills took over two weeks. Not ok.

Been using this pharmacy for more than 20 years. There's me, 86 yo mom and 21 yo disabled daughter - so I'm there often. Mostly friendly, helpful and responsive to questions. And on many occasions, they've gone above and beyond, solving problems with insurance, prescribing doctors and out of stock meds. It's just nice to have a local place where my family is known. And the negative reviews? Sounds like entitled whining ?
