Why are you blocking phone signal Safeway? I guess you don’t want our business then. It’s hard to shop for groceries when you can’t call your family in your own store… but for some reason blocking phone signal for the whole block is more important to you.

There's a line from self-checkout all the way back down the ice cream aisle and six lanes of human checkout with no staff. At these prices I expect actual people operating the checkout. Employees walked by and looked at the line and didn't open a checkout.

This store sucks ! It looks terrible, it's falling apart. Just because it's not in a great neighborhood doesn't mean that it's not frequented by average people.
It always looks dirty and unkept.
The prices are unreal. It's the most expensive store for groceries. It's always my last stop , if at all.
Corporate greed is going to be Safeways down fall. I for one can't wait. ?

***UPDATE*** if you're going to be more expensive for no reason at least stock a variety of things, the same things WinCo doesn't sell.
(Prev) Same items at Winco for dollars less, oh and make sure you have a Safeway club card or you'll pay dollars more.

I have never felt so disrespected in my life, Safeway on Callow is a joke. Trying to pick up a pregnancy test for a friend and please explain why I got told multiple times by the curtesy clerk "that's embarrassing" over and over again in front of multiple people and lied to that they didn't have which one my friend wanted while I'm blantly looking at it with my own eyes! Nothing is ever properly clean, let alone carts actually being brought in. They'll fire you before you have the chance to get union benefits and they fire people over being tall or having one sick day. If you have the option of shopping somewhere else, please do so!!!

This Safeway in downtown Bremerton is always clean and safe. They have a great selection. Fast in and out.

Was the most convenient way to shop in this part of Bremerton, they haze ZERO BASKETT so if you want to stop by for ingredients for a quick dinner after work. You get to either carry your groceries like a Neanderthal or push a cart around the most cramped store in Bremerton. Why is it so cramped you ask? Because they have ZERO BASKETTS so everyone has to push a cart around for 5 items.

SONYA working self check out is a complete B! I will never shop there again!! I will also tell everyone I know to never shop there again as well!! Hopefully Rob the store director will write her up! Or give her some customer service training! Clearly she has no skills when it comes to customers! Not only was she rude to me, I watched her be rude to three other customers while I was there! Hope she loses her job!!

We have been frequenting this Safeway for 20 plus years. It use to be a fantastic store with very friendly staff who we knew by name and they knew ours. Now your lucky if any of the staff acknowledge you before you get to the checkout. The worst part is checking out these days. There is usually only one checker and the wait can take awhile most trips. Time for us to find a new grocery store.

No cashiers available at 8pm on a weekday.. line at least 10 people long for self checkout. Pay more to be your own cashier.. Great business model.

Safeway, oh good ole same as it ever was Safeway! You can walk in off the street at 12:30 in the am, and routinely, there is someone polishing the floors...while in other aisles, there's always a couple of guys stocking the shelves.....everything in it's place, according to the needs of the masses.Keep up the great work Safeway ?, please keep those floors gleaming. Please keep the shelves stocked, all the products "faced" and rotated ((yep, I was a stocker for a minute)), and please please please, do whatever is possible to keep the pricing down for as long as possible...it's been rough out here for too many of us these past few years! Oh, and...Thank You floor polishing people, and yep, you stocker folks. Alright now, quit joking around, and get back on it! But, thanks all the same. It IS our Safeway too, where-ever we find one, right? Of course it is!
