“The employee, Ray really did everything he could to ensure I got the cheapest best price. As well as explain a few really important things to me. Services I had opted to pay for but wasn’t necessarily entitled to because of the space I had chosen. However the internet was still going to allow me to pick and pay for that. Etc.
I walked out of there paying less for more, and a smile on my face because of this gentleman.

“I rented an inside unit here for around 5 years. In that time, my bill stayed the same, even when their prices increased slightly. They're not corporate. The owners walk the property regularly, and unlike Public Storage, the units/buildings stay clean. The property is monitored by camera, and entrances to both camera and building are keypad coded. I highly recommend.”
“There are so many moving companies to choose from and I was VERY anxious, but I’m so glad I went with Mayflower/Evergreen Transfer. The names I remember were Matt at the office, John who did our virtual survey and provided a cost estimate, Nic and Rachel (packers), and Nic and 2 other young men (movers, sorry I can’t remember all 3 names!). They were all fantastic and they were all animal lovers which was a plus for us! The final cost was a lot less than the estimate which I think is GREAT! It’s better to prepare for the worst and then be pleasantly surprised, lol. We really appreciated their transparency, professionalism, friendliness, and speed. Thank you all!!!!!”

“I had United Moving and Storage as my delivery agent and Alex and DeShawn’s service was exceptional. DeShawn was very professional and was consistently attentive to where I wanted my boxes while displaying careful efficiency when moving items into my home. Alex championed expertise not only in delivery but also packing when explaining to me how my packing company in Florida (not United Moving & Storage) lacked the proper know how. Both men used great teamwork to make light work out of delivering a 3 bedroom house. I highly recommend their service”

“I had a Go-Mini dropped at my home and then moved to a new property where it sat for several cold rainy months during a remodel. First the Go-mini driver in Bremerton is amazing at maneuvering the box for drop off and pick up. Secondly, the office people were organized and prompt in regards to bids, billing, questions, etc. Lastly, the box itself was reasonable and rock solid in terms of protecting the goods inside. We had some torrential downpours too. Go Mini is a solid value.”

“Easy access storage unit with a friendly staff. I was there to clean out a unit I acquired at auction. The staff was helpful and friendly. As with most storage places there are homeless people coming in and out. It looked like they had a shared unit to store things and to escape the elements. All involved were kind. There were both indoor and outdoor units.”
“Managing any service through the U-Haul app has made our moving experience extremely smooth. We were very happy using both the storage unit and the trucks and would recommend you all to all our friends and family.”

“I have rented with this reliable several times. They have always been reasonable in price. This time there is not a manager on site. This is why I give it a 4 star rating vs the five I normally would give.
Edit: I am now giving a 5 star because even without having a manager on site, I still recieved the best customer service. Without fail Reliable is the best storage facility around!”
