“Renting a storage unit with Cross Creek Self-Storage was very easy through their online application process. I was able to book and pay for the unit I needed in less than 10 minutes, and then downloaded the app to get details of my new storage unit and gate access code. Love their friendly office staff and seamless process. Prices are great too.”
“I have always been VERY HAPPY with the staff, service and units at Reliable Storage. I have been in multiple locations, and everyone has always been so helpful all the time. Even when I had little issues at certain times. All the locations are safe and secure. Shout out to Sara. She is amazing, and able to help with all your needs with storage. “Choosing and reserving a unit, was a breeze, we were able to access the unit on the same day. The locks were already in the unit so we didn’t have to worry about going into an office. All the staff we dealt with were very kind and helpful. When we were ready to move out of the unit, the process was very quick and easy! Highly recommend this storage facility”

“Very clean, temperature controlled and secure! When I’ve used other stage facilities in the past, my furniture turned out dusty and funny smelling. But not at silverdale self storage! Everything was just it was when I moved in. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is a) human b) very welcoming and friendly c) knowledgeable and prompt. Also the system they have makes for a great customer experience with 24 hour access using code and you can use the website to pay or set up auto pay. I highly recommend this place!”
“My wife and were looking for storage units for our move and stopped by to check them out. Clean and affordable, very professional, got the grand tour from a wonderful Scottish gentleman! I totally recommend them!”
