Told my teenager that they were shoplifting before they picked anything up. Made them empty their pockets and didn't apologize when there was clearly nothing being stolen.

Horrible gas station pumps. Doesn't even pump gas, tried over 3 different pumps with card payment. Worse Shell gas station experience I've encountered thus far.

Have a medical alert dog and the woman working refused me service because I didn't give her information regarding my medical information, I refuse to answer your questions about what service my dog provides so she. Refused me service as a customer that's discrimination. She should be fired and the company should be sued.
