I’m in and out of this UPS almost every week with Amazon returns. The team that works here is always really really nice and professional and greets you as you come in, and says bye when you leave. Just a really nice warmly run UPS. It gets busy close to closing as everyone’s getting off work of course, so if you have a lot to ship or return, I’d recommend coming earlier in the day if you can help it. About 75% of the time, I’m in and out with like 5x Amazon returns in under 10 minutes with zero wait for the return kiosk. But I do normally come mid day when it’s quiet

We had a signature delivery that was attempted 3 different times outside the delivery time stated. They then sent us to pick up our package to this location which was fine. However when we drove to pick the package up, they said it was out for delivery. We then had to go meet the delivery driver to get our package. The office sent us to a private residence which the ups driver was not at. We then had to move to another location for pick up as the driver would not drop it off at our home because it was past his route. This is extremely frustrating at the customer. We shouldn’t have to hunt down a truck to get our package.

Was sending a package to a family member that had a complicated address. Felicity and the UPS team were super helpful. Made sure everything was accurate and I was comfortable with the packing, date of arrival and address. Great service. Highly recommend.

I have been here multiple times for a variety of reasons and I have been lucky enough to been helped by Liz each time! She is the epitome of top tier customer service: friendly, efficient & a genuinely good person who enjoys her job. She can multi task like no other while making each customer feel valued and heard. She is an asset to this store and I hope everyone gets to meet her & experience this level of customer service when they stop here!

I went here to return an amazon package. There was a wonderful lady working on a Sunday yes I said Sunday. Her name was Liz. She had a guy she was working with trying to send a very heavy package back (over 150lbs). It was expensive, the line is backing up and this lady kept reassuring everyone she would get to them as soon as she was done. She finished that guy, helped another guy, and me at the same time. The other guy was easy so as she was helping me she starts to help the lady behind me. She didn’t miss a beat. Not sure if she was the owner or longtime employee but she knew her stuff and was as cool as a cucumber. If I had a place at my business available I would try and pouch her. On a Sunday she had every one done and happy and gone in a few minutes, all with a fantastic attitude. Way to go. Some of the best customers service I ever seen. Thank you

Overnight should not take 3 days, could not get a human on the phone so I haf to drive 20mins each way just to be rudely told that it wont get delivered until 7pm, after they spent all of yesterdsy screwing up the address and instead of delivering my pkg(contract legal papers) first thing, NOPE. ups said screw you and wont deliver my OVERNIGHT PACKAGE UNTIL 7PM DAY 3!!!!! Yall just lost several clients for Life. Dont claim you can do something, take our money, and literally take over 50 hrs to deliver a 24 hr pkg, DO NOT USE UPS IN WASHINGTON, use literally anyone else and you will get better results

What is the point of having a phone number listed for the location if it just goes straight to a call center.
UPS refuses to deliver packages saying they need a signature (electronics in package). Added delivery instructions that it be delivered to the mail room in the secured boxes as I cannot take the entire day off from work. Not only did they refuse to deliver the package, they didn’t leave the standard form on my door with follow up information.
When I tried calling the local store number it took me to a call center where the worker basically gave me the run around. I wanted to hang on the line to fill out the survey that had been mentioned at the beginning of the call (to relay issues with the policy), but the worker would not hang up and lied and said there was no survey.

You know, I really don't like writing negative reviews but I am so tired of this lady at this location. I actually have anxiety over taking my packages to this location. I really think I'm going to try to find another store even though this is the closest UPS store to my house. Every time I drop off a package here she has something negative to say about my packaging! You used the wrong tape, you can't box it like that. I've actually never had a problem and I have a 100% rating for my packaging! Can't you just let me ship my package? And then she tells me she previously worked for the USPS? Why are you working for UPS then? Please work on your customer service. My wife just passed away from Cancer and I'm just trying to sell some items to pay the bills.
