We have used this UHaul location 3 times and have had a very good experience each time. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. For us, it's been one of the best UHaul locations that we have used.

They never answer their phone. Then text you 2 mins before closing saying call next day. Then don't answer the phone again. Then don't answer texts either.

Beware they will charge damn near 70 bucks in gas if u dont bring it back right on or above knowing good and well it was like a 10 dollar difference and Their customer service isn't even willing to discuss a dispute it's either their way or to bad. Doesn't seem like good service to me at all

Rented a tow dolly at this location. Very professional and helpful ladies! World definitely use this location again.
The online rental website tried to make me buy a bunch of unnecessary gear at checkout and charged extra fees, so I decided to skip the website and go straight on in. The gal at pickup made sure I got exactly what I needed and nothing unnecessary. Very quick, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.
When I dropped it off, there was a big line. I was directed to wait in their side alley, where I eaited a few minutes. Then the lady came and unhooked me right over there and manually moved the dolly over manually, so I didn't have to wait for the crowd to clear! Love it!

Becky at this location was extremely capable and helped me with her local knowledge and how to get the best deal. We worked through a U-Box reservation and I hung up with alot of confidence.

Please see update too:Iarrive at the Bremerton U Haul. I get out of my van and grab my empty propane tank.I look for someone to help, and see 2 employees simply sitting on the curb.I asked, "Are you open?" "Yes we are." As they just sat there visiting. "I need propane?" "Yes," as they sit visiting. I walk into the building. No one is there. I step back out while the employees slowly rise from the curb and walk over to the propane pump. They look confusedly at my tank, " I can't find the date?" Oh Good God! Wow! LOL!Update, got my tanks fill again and new employees and much better service this time.Also I just installed a new hitch and wiring and asked if they could double check my harness for me. They did and now we ready to rent a trailer.Way, way better service.

Unfortunately this was the closest location that had a truck, added over 60 miles to my move roundtrip (at .99/mile) so an extra $60. Went to pick up the truck and found out the truck was on empty, so I was gonna have to fill it up AND return it with a 1/4 tank in which I would only get a $27.00 refund for (14 gallons to = 1/4 tank at over $4 a gallon.... do the math thats close to $60) so now I am in an extra $91 on top of my estimated move costs. Went to drive away and the truck was so damaged that the front wheels were rubbing on the fenders,.. FED UP I ended up canceling my rental.... ruined my whole weekend.

Had all of my propane tanks refilled here for less than it would have been to swap them out! $18 bucks a tank give or take, not bad since everything on this green earth is so high right now! I had a wait a few minutes to get filled but they said hi as soon as I walked up and let me know it would a second. Will be returning again when refills are needed.

I see the reviews but I called the local number and Andy picked up right away. Gave a lot of great info and suggested the better size for my move which was not the more expensive option.
