Obviously 1 star = ZERO stars -- quite literally the worst experience of my entire life. Sounds dramatic , but I rented a couple of the large units to move all of my belongings into while transitioning into a new home - within days, at least 80% of my accumulated belongings from the past 10+ years, were stolen. I have photos of huge holes through the door and gashes beaten into the lock tracking mechanism, the manager even has video footage of the culprits - (getting that info is a whole other review) Long story short - I wish I would have read the other reviews prior to patronizing this facility - I can't urge you enough to stay VERY VERY clear of this establishment. The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced when it was even existent at all. I was incredibly patient with Becky (the manager) and haven't received any follow up -- other than when I contacted the insurance company Repwest to file a claim - and she falsified statements (and I say falsified - but I really think it was just pure laziness and avoidance) indicating that there were no signs of burglary, ensuring my claim was denied (which I'm working with repwest to look into further and bypass this facility and manager to acquire the necessary evidence to validate my claim) (after she provided myself, the insurance company and the detective assigned to my theft/police report surveillance footage/photos of the person and vehicle that had just stolen most of my worldly possessions) I overheard several concerning, inappropriate, unprofessional and nefarious conversations including her verbally accosting her staff when they were attempting to provide me with information and services during a time of indescribable distress. I sat in front of her at the service desk for 23 minutes (that's after I started getting frustrated and had been ignore for quite some time) without her even glancing up in my general direction - I had to actively try and gain her attention and initiate contact - at which time I was given a guilt trip eluding to the fact that my situation was causing her a tremendous amount of extra work. Which, by the way took weeks, and still hasn't even been completely fulfilled. So here I am a month and a half later urging you to not put your trust in this business /this manager in particular (I will say, the young ladies at the service desk were attentive and sympathetic to my situation - unfortunately, they were limited in their empowerment and obviously had to escalate this issue up to "management") by the way - if you do get the insurance through the company they provide - you can't get a hold of them through the number UHaul provides to you - it gives a menu and you make a selection based on your needs - and then you are almost immediately disconnected - 8,9,10,11 times in a row. This wasn't a user error scenario & I am not quick to accuse people /places of being a scam but I have little to no other adjectives for either of these companies and I genuinely don't want anyone else to have to learn the hard way; as I did .

Gary is so helpful! We asked him where the trash was at to throw some stuff away. He took it from us and threw it away for us. Such a nice guy. Thank you, Gary!! ?

Storage unit is alright, but why does it say 24/7 when it's 7 to 7?

Nice place to store your extras. Always clean and access to get in makes your valuables safe. You might get in by someone else opening the door, but you can't get any future without having a card for access.

I used this storage location when I first moved up here and it was a life saver and just finished up with it again! It had exactly what I needed when I needed it. At the time they were in the process of building the new building that is there now. They have made a lot of progress! The inside in kept clean and tidy and the staff is great. They are firm on access hours, a little hard to get on the phone sometimes and my unit was a little warm being as heat rises. When I had my outdoor unit the first round, I had no break in issues, no one messed with my lock. Inside, I actually forgot to lock my unit right, they were quick to call me the next ay and tell me I did lock it but I locked it open! I couldn't recommend this location more.

It's a nice place with a convenient bathroom. The roads could be paved better or filled in. Lots of holes. Some spots where the bottom of my car bottoms out.

For the drivers this place is tuff to get in the dock. The lady working there Anjalina Ramirez was rude and unprofessional.

Highly disappointed with this company they advertise wrong information they Bair you then switch it on you. Need a storage unit with 24/7 access to the unit rhet advertised that they offer it when I called and spoke to a live person on the phone I was told yes they offer it but I would need to go in office to make up my contract and pay an extra $5/month for it. So I went ahead and reserved a unit and quit my search. When the day arrived and I went in I was told they only offer it for military only and not at all locations and it's a long lengthy process with the manager to get it. So needless to say they wasted a lot of my time as well as gas and money I'm super angry and worst part is on the day I'm supposed to be out of my other unit I'm back at square 1 with nowhere to move to !!!

I rented an outdoor unit so my review is solely based on my real experience. So here we go with the many, many things wrong with this place. 1) there is only partial fencing around the perimeter 2) they never close the gate 3) uhaul employees told me there have been many, many storage units broken into 4) they advertise a "state of the art the security system" so advanced and safe because each unit has its own alarm...the security system hasn't worked for 2 years 5) I don't think the cameras work either seeing as no one said anything about me being at my unit at 2am 6) its not really 24 hour access they told me 9am to 4pm after i moved in believing it was 24 hours but hey its no big deal because no one pays attention to any of the busy late night activity, in fact I'm pretty sure that most nights there is a hooker banging her johns 2 rows over 7) there are absolutely no onsite employees 8) if you file a complaint for any of the above reasons the self proclaimed manager, Becky will put a uhaul lock on your fully paid for storage unit and deny you access- she locked me out almost 72 hours ago 9) Becky has managed this facility with its many break ins but she has NOT fixed the alarm for "some reason" so let me be clear...the best and most effective method of preventing the burglaries the facility is plagued with have either been broken for 2 years or Becky has chosen to turn them off. I'd say these burglaries are an inside job that Becky is at the heart of 10) I've been a local for 20 years here and the word around town is that Becky is addicted to fentanyl- which really makes sense with the robberies, no suspects being caught and the lack of a security system functioning. 10) the place is full of rodents and filthy- there has been a couch and 3 dirty mattresses laying in front of the facility for as long as I've been renting. They don't take their security seriously. There's apparently been a string of break-ins where robbers hit units every other night. Tonight was our lucky night to have our whole lives stolen out of the unit. Don't bring your business here. Get your stuff out if you're renting a space here. Staff has openly said to our faces that no one does anything to stop the robberies from happening. Please don't let what happened to us happen to you.

Getting into my storage units is always difficult. It's a "2-swipe" process and I have to call every time I need in or get new cards made. Customer service never seems to have any solid answers but just keeps apologizing. The price of both of my units increased and the service hasn't gotten better.

We've only had the unit for a couple of weeks and it has already been broken in to. Fortunately we didn't have much in it yet, but definitely won't be continuing to store our stuff there.

All I wanted to know was if they sold boxes at this location. My call was answered by a robot that told me to press numbers, who then redirected my call to another robot that told me to press more numbers, then redirected my call to a "five minute wait time" number. I waited (I know, I'm a dope, but I had already invested many minutes in this process, so a few more....). When a person answered, they had no idea whether there were boxes at the local store because they were not even in the same state; they offered to redirect me to a number that could tell me where I could get the boxes locally. They did.... but, of course, since customer service seems to be anathema to this company, the only thing that number was for was for me to join their "box club", and they're only open Monday through Friday. Today is Saturday. So I do not recommend this store or company. There's a really nice, local storage place 8 minutes down the road from this U-Haul, I would suggest going there for your storage needs.

We’ve rented out a storage unit here for the last 4 months. Every single time we go to use the key code, our access code is denied. every.single.time. We have called for help and been sent in countless transfers that have resulted in nothing other than being transferred to someone who again, cannot help us, or sending us to an automated voice system. We’ve currently been sitting here waiting in the parking lot for an hour and a half waiting to get into our storage unit. There has never been anyone on site to help with anything & calling it literally useless. Not to mention paying your bill online on your phone is nearly impossible.. never renting a storage unit here again.
