Horrible.They don’t attempt to deliver packages they just drive by sit in their truck for 3 minutes then drive away. Awful drivers and customer service.

The driver did not knock on my door for a signature required package. My dogs would have barked. Now I can’t change it to stay at the center. The phone system is no help either. This is ridiculous

They NEVER deliver my package. They attempt delivery *ONCE* and then take it to their facility that is a 30-minute drive each way for me and say I need to come pick it up. I have multiple times asked they just leave my package, or even put my phone number on the front door as I live in an upstairs apartment and cannot hear when they knock - and they never call, never leave it, and always expect me to make it to their facility during the small window of 2-6pm on a work day. Absolutely awful, I do not understand how they are still in business with such sub-par service.

Terrible service.The reason I give the rating terrible service is because, first of all, they stated they tried to leave the package at my residence, but nobody was home. Actually, i was home, and the guy knocked and turned on heel and took off, i didn't even have time to get to my door, and he was gone.Leaving a UPS orange sticker stating that since I wasn't home, I would have to go to their UPS office to pick it up. The office is hard to find, I drove up mid day, and they were closed. The hours were strange, so I had to come back the next day and when I opened the door, they all looked at me like. Why was i even there? I asked for my package. I asked them why they couldn't leave the package at my residence? And was given the reason, because it needed to be signed for. Sigh, all right then. I stick with terrible service. They were also rude.

Really poor service here. Often they claim they have contacted you for signatures, they don't. Drivers just take the package back with zero notification to you, no email no note on your door. I had several items sent back to the shipper without my knowledge from this distribution center. Cost me money and lost items. When I went in to discuss with them, they shrugged their shoulders and didn't care and were very rude. They blamed it on the driver and didn't do anything about it. There's no easy way to contact them except by going in, and every time I've been in it's the same rude lady.

Had my quarterly wine as usual shipped to the house. The first two attempts I was at work, the 3rd I was home in the office. Waited all more with no notification or doorbell to get an info notice they missed me. How? I had home all day. Then I PAY (which is ridiculous to hold my package. I go today, a Saturday to pick it up. Gate is shut and an old worn wooden sign that says M-F. Google says your open yet when I call CS it says it can’t find hours for this location. Not very customer service oriented for a customer service center.

Never delivers my packages. Takes them back to their facilities instead so I am forced to pick them up there every single time. Unable to contact them since their automated system can't ever understand my order number, and the system won't allow me to talk to a human being. I just refund my order now when they take it back to their facilities. I'm not going to deal with that every single time.I wish Amazon would stop subcontracting these people to deliver packages. I would remove them from my carrier list if I was able to

The new hours are incredibly inconvenient. As the ONLY ups site in a military town, you really should have better hours than 2-6pn. I've now been there 3 times to drop one package and still have the package. I like ups, but not sure I'll be using them anymore.

The customer hours of operation are 2pm - 6pm Mon - Fri (NOT 9:30 -6). I’ve noted this to Google multiple times but they refuse to update it. I’m also attaching a picture of the hours of operation by the front door. They replied asking me to send a direct message via social media. Why? They know theres a problem, apparently UPS is too lazy to fix it.

The awesome lady behind the counter was very helpful and actually taught me something that day regarding returns. 3rd time there always a pleasant and professional!
