The drop box is there in a convenient location but it’s really really time to update the box to accommodate even small/medium packages. It’s 2021 almost 2022, it’s time. My small package would not fit in the drop box which I thought was quite baffling.

This location is outside the rear of a medical building and is only for envelopes rather than any package. It is hard to find and very inadequate.
