Why is this ATM always down! I deposit checks almost every day. And more than half the time this machine is broken and can't receive my deposits.

Had to actually physically go inside the bank for the first time in ages, and the teller (I think his name was Marvin?) was so kind. I was really impressed! He seemed to genuinely care about me as a customer and a person, and did all he could to help with my account. Kudos!

US Bank staff and manager have some autonomy to help clients with unusual banking needs, making them a standout among big bank brands. Kudos to US Bank for giving a reasonable amount of authority to staff so that they can think and act outside the box.

I have been completely screwed over by US bank. i opened a checking account about a month ago, very easy process and i got a cute sea turtle card, thought it was great. i received my tax return in the form of paper check about 2 weeks ago and i deposited it through the ATM. next thing i know, a few days later my card has been disabled. confused, i contact the branch and i find out my account is being closed? the check was from the department of treasury, not fraudulent whatsoever. i have not been able to access my money for about 2 weeks now. i wasn’t even notified my account was being closed, i had to find out the hard way. i was told any future deposits would bounce. nope, my paycheck was deposited a few days after my account was said to ‘close’. i cant access any of my OWN money. i have had little no help throughout this whole disaster. i have no money, and rent is coming up. i have stuff to pay, and US bank can’t seem to understand that. they are holding all of my money and it’s frustrating. i’m still unsure as to why my account is being closed, i’ve had no clarification. i wonder how i’m going to be able to pay anything this month. thank you for your help US bank, i can’t be more grateful that i have no money and can’t pay to live this month.

I would suggest to go inside.... I have been waiting for 20 minutes to cash check in drive thru and still not done... She told me we are helping out customers inside and will be one minute... understand that the only one thereridiculous

ATM never works correctly. I always report it to the bank and it’s never fixed. Save yourself the hassle and find a different ATM to use.After speaking to the branch workers I was told that they have nothing to do with the malfunctioning ATM, it is the fault of LOOMIS who they are well aware doesn’t maintain the ATM properly. I was offered that they could “file a dispute on my behalf” but I didn’t like the way they worded it, like they were doing me a favor or going out of their way to help me with an ATM that they don’t hold responsibility for. The customer shouldn’t be made to feel like an inconvenience to the bank workers.

I have no idea how to discuss the level if incompetence. Updated hours are the lobby closes at 4 and the drive threw closes at 5.30. Yet. They asked me to come inside to make my deposit. So I sat in the drive threw fot 20 minutes just to be told to come inside.

Sorriest bank I've ever been to in my life! The employees are incompetent, very slow and inattentive. The morale there is terrible. This place needs a whole new entire staff starting from the management down to the tellers.

Third time I have been there and the atm wouldn't accept my deposit, of cash! How am I supposed to use my account? Looks like I need to just close my account and go to a bank with I can actually use, and more locations.

You had better be prepared to sit for a minimum of 30 minutes. These guys are the absolute slowest bank I have ever had to deal with. We know COVID has changed the way we do things, but customer service and speed of service are still necessities.
