There's a wheelchair accessible parking spot but no wheelchair accessible entrance. I watched a lady in a wheelchair sit in the rain and wait for her ride because she couldn't get in.

Small postal annex. Clerks are always very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking in a convenient downtown area.
