Very knowledgeable employees. If you have any questions regarding packages or parcels they'd be able to answer them. Very nice and friendly. Quiet atmosphere. Never too busy. They offer boxes and envelopes too. You have to purchase their packing tape if you have to send a package and you buy one of their boxes. You can't just borrow tape. Just fyi.

Found a green card in my mailbox dailysaying my bix was full which in fact was not. I check by mailbox daily and can't be full. I went to the office, spoke with the Vietnamese postal clerk. She was kind enough to check inside about my mails. She returned with lots of mails and medicines from VA. She stated there are lots of complaints about my delivery man and I asked her how can this be prevented from happening again. She suggested to speak to the supervisor. Supervisor came out and spoke with me. At first, he was insisting the box was full, but I told him it was never full. I also told him about the incident about 4 months ago when ALL my hold mail were lost when they were supposed to be delivered after the 30-day period. I told the supervisor something has to be done and he kinda calm down showing a little apologetic but did not really apologize to me. He said he'd do something and talk to the mailman. This post office needs better management and customer service oriented mailman.

Everyone is so nice there. Once in a while they can stresses and crabby. I don’t like the plexiglass. Everyone just leans around it. I don’t the plexiglass is doing its job as intended.

Hmmm, closed our P.O. Box to home delivery in January, it’s now April. Talked to the postmaster twice, filled out 3 forwarding address cards, once even with the postmaster and NEVER RECEIVED ONE PIECE OF FORWARDED MAIL! Incompetent service from the postmaster and whoever is responsible for mail being forwarded.They don’t deserve even one star!

I really like this Post OFFICE for a variety of reasons. I’m not rating mail delivery, which is a whole different animal, but the post office itself. There is plenty of parking at all times. There is a drive-through mailbox if you don’t want to go into the post office and want to drop off cards, etc. The staff have always been very nice and the facility extremely clean. And the people there that are waiting in line with me, if there is a line, have always been very pleasant as well.

The post office itself is fantastic and everyone who works the counter are always very helpful. My problem is with the hit and miss delivery on Saturday's. I never know if I'm going to get a Saturday delivery even though I get an email that morning indicating I will. This time I was expecting my prescription glasses; hope I get them on Monday.

Most of the issues here seem to be with delivery. So residential home delivery aside...
Service at this post office itself is actually fine. I go here to drop packages or letter. I think people get frustrated if there are long lines, but you can't blame the employees for that. People get in line TOTALLY unprepared...
Example, someone was in front of me with a box to ship. It was not taped close and had no address on the label. The clerk found a way to reuse some tape on the box and told the fella to go tape the box up, write an address on the label and then come back without going through the line. The was demonstrated customer service right in front of me.

Please for the love of god have your delivery drivers drop off to the correct address and parcel box! As well as leave the key for a package! Tired of this post office messing things up!!
