Most of the time the delivery is inaccurate and they deliver for people that are not residents and then do not deliver residents mail. Also, packages are slow, if a redelivery is requested, after placing a signature on file for delivery, the package sits in limbo not being delivered and the information is in their system. Postmaster needs to hire workers that do their job considering the USPS has higher than average wages for starting positions.

Wow. As a federal employee I am embarrassed by Kevin’s attitude and behavior. At a minimum he needs retraining. Why do USPS staff react so poorly to auditors?

I never get my mail on time mail man always slow as a snail .when you get someones package says getting it before 9pm thats a lie the post office closes at 5 .yet again the government paid worker only works st their speed .they might as well go back to delivering mail by horses again .

***edit: and after reading all of these terrible reviews WOW i will be taking the advice of a fellow reviewer ? and contact the Better Business Bereu as well. i recommend to all. THIS IS OUR MAIL ?***Firstly, my mail carrier doesn't ever come at the same time, i never see who it is. secondly, whoever it is, can't seem to understand what it means when the letter "S" or the word "SOUTH" mean, when included with the rest of the address. you see, i live on the South side of 11* Oyster Ave, and George, the poor fella who keeps getting traffic tickets, lives without the "S" or "SOUTH" on the other side of town, his address is 11* Oyster Bay ave. i was patient the first year, but now my son has missed court and this poor guy keeps missing his Good to Go ticket deadline. it was delivered to me, rolling my eyes and pondering over the absolute INCOMPETENCE of this mail carrier because i have already complained, this is constant. mail that states court being on July 18, and not receiving the mail until July 24, STAMPED ON JULY 20, i know this is what happened to me AGAIN, while i slip Georges mail in our outbox. Unfortunately, the idiot put that same piece of mail which is clearly urgent, back in my box. so i wrote with the only pen i had which was a pink highlighter: "WRONG ADDRESS, DUDE" and for the second time, put the urgent looking ticket for George, back into my outbox.Just got hung up on while on hold over this incident, and i've tried to call back now 4 times and the girl who i was speaking to im just guessing, since she hung up on me and doesn't want to answer my call and explain to me what's goin on, is her. listen, i understand being embarrassed or WHATEVER. but this is ridiculous and i'm gonna need a little more professionalism and competence from the government's postal service. this is serious documents, personal property, bank info, THIS IS MY MAIL. Good grief. if i see any improvements i'll change my review but as of now i am highly disappointed and i feel completely disrespected on top of it all.

My mom won't get her mother's day present until AFTER mother's day thanks to some lazy worker that couldn't walk down her small driveway and marked it for pickup at 4pm when they're closed and not open till Monday ? do better

I've always had good luck picking up packages or held mail, and have been able to purchase stamps, tape and envelopes easily and fairly quickly.

WORST EVER!!I moved about a year ago and had forwarding so tell me why when I already paid for extended forwarding they want to charge me $10-$15 every time a package ends up being forwarded. Not only that but it's never actually forwarded- I have to take time out of my day to go down there, wait in line and then have the clerk turn around and hand me my package when I live literally TWO BLOCKS from the post office. It does NOT cost $10-15 worth of gas or employee time to bring me my package.If I'm paying for forwarding then have a link on the little slip you give me where I can pay online so you can actually FORWARD my mail.I told the clerk today I'm considering this a fraudulent charge because I paid for FORWARDING and her literally turning around and handing me my package is not forwarding it. The very rude employee claimed it's not fraud but it is because they charged me for a service they didn't actually perform. If I have to go physically get the package that's not forwarding. She said I could send the package back to the sender if I didn't want to pay but it came from China - why would I reroute it all that way when it's RIGHT FRICKIN THERE!! Also I needed it by a certain day so I don't have two months for it to reroute to China and then back to the US.They need to fire all their rude employees and hire people who actually are good at customer service. They need to stop SCAMMING people - they are THIEVES.Zero stars if I could!
