Amanda kept trying to sell me accessories for my new phone and I looked it up prior to going… telling me the new upgrade cost $300 plus and I knew that was not accurate. Making it seem like it was mandatory to get the accessories. When I asked her over and over. Then she finally told me the truth and said it was RECOMMENDED not REQUIRED. Tried selling me $200 worth of accessories and was not going to tell me until I kept asking why the price was what it was. She kept saying it was “taxes and fees”.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. They went out of their way to help me understand the benefits of my new plan, and what things would work for me and the way I have my devices set up. They even set up my screen protector, camera lenses protector, and my phone case for my new phone. Best experience I’ve had going into a Verizon.

Marc did amazing! However when I told them I would be on vacation and would pickup my product when I got back it was agreed that would be okay. When I arrived to pickup my device it had been sold by direction of the manager to no longer hold the phone even with specific instructions I would be there to pick it up. Like I said Marc did great.

Caitlyn was very helpful in the upgrading of my iPhone. They had good stock of merchandise, the store looked clean and well put together. I definitely consider this my preferred local store.

Terrible people with no compassion whatsoever. We went there to get my dieing Mother in Laws phone turned back on so we could speak to her before she passed. We had a financial and legal power of attorney with us so we could pay her bill but Verizon Silverdale refused to help us. We went next door to the T-mobile store and they were able to get her a phone within hours and we were able to get in touch with her. Thanks T-mobile and shame on you Verizon Silverdale.

Caitlyn knows her stuff. After 3 calls to Verizon and 2 hours texting a bot, I went to the store. Caitlyn cleared up my problem, offered solutions and fixed it on the spot.
