Solid pharmacy. Hard working staff.

The pharmacist and techs at this location are abysmal. The tech did not know about the standing order for vaccinations, and I was not informed well enough when I called to make sure about their services before I spent money to take the bus across town to get vaccinated. Even though the tech was standing at the counter when I approached, he did not make eye contact and just pointed to a scan code and told me to check in. They have also continued to misgender myself and my peers indicating they are not trauma or trans informed. I will never go to this location again. Absolutely ridiculous and invalidating customer service, if you can call it that.

After my previous Walgreens closed, this location exceeded expectations with professional staff who handle insurance approvals efficiently.
They stock specialty medications and call other distributors when needed, managing the complex doctor/insurance/pharmacy coordination that dominates prescription processing.
The team remembers regular customer names and proactively communicates about delays ( but they do have a high the volume workload)
They offer delivery (subject to insurance and medication restrictions) with ample parking available.
Best visited before lunch or evening rush - location sits on a busy thoroughfare.
For complex medication needs, this pharmacy solves problems instead of just processing them. Quality service that makes prescription management actually manageable.

Went there to get a couple of things. Actually, not bad. I would come back for what things that I would might need.

The customer service is awful and no one greets you upon walking in. I only started shopping here because the one my family and I would shop at is closed. If this is all that’s left for us to experience, I’m worried.

Impossible to speak to pharmacy, won't even respond to other pharmacies to send prescription elsewhere.

I've never had a problem there. I go almost daily, the staff is friendly and helpful. I've had issues with the pharmacy but they promptly respond and explain. Best store in East bremerton in my book.

coupon/ register rewards issues, cashier “DH” wanted to help and get resolved but the store manager came out and was VERY rude and made me feel undervalued as a regular walgreens shopper! i will never shop at this location ever again, port orchard location is far more professional and pleasant than here.

if you want the (literal!) runaround for 45-60 minutes while a pharm tech throws their pharmacist under the bus for being "too busy" to answer the phone, this is a great location.
Turning customers away (without their antibiotics!) because you can't be bothered to complete a promised task is extremely professional, keep up the fantastic work ?

I normally wouldn't write a review for a Walgreens but the customer service I experienced truly went above and beyond.
I stopped in to load cash onto my debit card. The Cashier had a great smile and positive attitude - unfortunately I didn't get her name. But halfway home I realized I left my debit card in the terminal. ?♀️
I drove back, the Cashier recognized me and let me know the manager, Nicole, had my debit card. Once she'd verified my identity, I got my debit card right away and put it in my pocket.
I decided to pick up a cool drink and some snacks, went to the Cashier and we chatted while she rang up my snacks and I played with some of the toys at the register.
I went to pay and realized my debit card wasn't in my wallet or my pocket. I didn't remember taking it out of my pocket. Figuring it must've fallen out of either my pocket or my wallet, I checked in my purse, I retraced my steps.
Nicole joined in the search and must have retraced my steps three times. We even checked in the Mini-Melts freezer.
She closed off the register so I could safely and privarly search my purse.
Finally, I admitted defeat - I transfered funds to another card and Nicole took my name and number in case my card turned up.
As she helped complete the transaction we were taking about all the places we had searched. I said: "I know because I came up here, I'm almost positive I took it out of my pocket to pay with..." And then I looked to the left...to the toys I had been playing with.
And I knew.
I 100% absolutely without a hint of doubt in my mind KNEW where my debit card was.
I picked up the toy on top and sure enough, underneath it was my debit card.
This was definitely a blonde moment in my top 5 blonde moments of my life.
I was embarrassed but beyond grateful for their great attitudes and patience during this whole ordeal. Most employees would not have gone that far and I know because I'd spent the morning dealing with such employees at other places.
This encounter, the last one of my morning left me smiling after so many others left me frustrated or angry. After a long morning of hearing "Sorry we can't help you" to getting two employees who gave it their all to make a customer happy.
You did. You made me very happy.
Thank you very much and if you got a laugh out if it, it's okay - so did me and my roommate! ?

I will forever be loyal to Walgreens. I had an issue with my curbside pick up because my coupons didn't apply in the app. I had to call customer service and they were so kind and helpful, got it resolved super fast.
I told the gentleman who handed me my order, and although he couldn't do anything about it right then and there, he told me if customer service line didn't fix the issue, that I could come back in store so they can make it right. The customer service here is unmatched in my opinion (particularly this location since it's the one I often go to). But my experience has always been a positive one whenever I shopped :)
