Will absolutely never go here again for a prescription, went the last half hr of the day and got the worst attitude I’ve ever gotten coming into this place. On top of that I was told they did not have a contract to fill my prescription through my insurance only to check when I get home that yes they do and they pretty much just did not want to deal with it so from here on out I will be getting my prescription filled elsewhere. Do not come here if you can help it.

Pharmacy puts you on hold then picks up phone and puts you on hold again. And keep disconnecting the after waiting. Glorified customer service representatives sho give attitude for having to do the very basics of their job. Def shows theyre from bremerton with how ghetto they act

As someone who worked at a different Walgreens as a pharmacy tech previously, the pharmacist here is absolutely horrible! Extremely rude and entitled. We will not be supporting Walgreens and will be using a different pharmacy moving forward.

Why does Walgreens think Bremerton is the middle of nowhere? No decent testing options are offered in this entire county. Get with it Walgreens. Don’t you want business? Hard to get customers without offering services that are readily available in Seattle.

Update: had some new asmtha medications to fill and these clowns called me up being completely rude and with full attitude about my insurance not being up to date. Well, yeah, you never bothered to fill the last prescription but also I'm not in Washington anymore and I don't want YOU to fill it, I want it sent elsewhere. So I have requested it be transferred NO LESS THAN 4 TIMES at this point and guess what email I just received? Hey you're prescription is ready! Yeah. Great. Let me just road trip it to this walgreens instead of the one conveniently near me. I personally (actually, surprisingly) spoke to the pharmacist about transferring the prescription. I explained exactly as I said above. I. No. Longer. Reside. In. Bremerton. Please transfer it. But what did I expect from someone who put in the wrong DOB for me while holding my I.D. in his hand. He gave me attitude again when he answered the phone too, telling me I needed to have the other pharmacy initiate the transfer, then telling me they needed to call when I said both had been done, and now *I'm* calling, after attempting a transfer online, because I need this inhaler and it's now been a week since my provider ordered it and you guys can't follow simple directions. Anyway, thank God the other pharmacy is more competent, I'll finally get this prescription filled before the end of the month now.
On hold for 25 minutes for a simple nasal spray prescription to be filled. Apparently no one in a 50 mile radius at Walgreens has it according to the website, so here is me calling to find out how long it's going to be. So in the 25 minutes you guys spent on hold with me, I transferred it to a more competent pharmacy. Should've sent it to CVS in the first place but I didn't feel well and didn't want to have to drive and deal with traffic. Now I get to do those things AND this pharmacy has wasted a full day that I continued to be sick for. BTW, no one ever answered, I finally hung up after taking care of it myself.

I take a med for epilepsy that is a controlled substance.
Dosage is so low none showed up in my blood yesterday at er!
Prior place made me feel like a junky.

Pharmacists regularly misgender me, refuse to give me needle refills for my estradiol valerate (which requires injections), and doesn't answer the phone past 15min before closing as though they all leave early.

Never ever go to this place, especially if your someone that works in third-party delivering they have Wi-Fi blockers in the store and the customer service is abysmal

I wouldn't recommend getting your prescriptions here if you want drive through enough people to cover drive through but refuse ? probably going to change from here.

I started a new job where it was required to have the Covid Vacine and I never got the booster so I had to get Moderna. So I made an appointment online says should be roughly 15 minutes so I made an appointment at 12:45 Pm. I get there the pharmacy lady with the glasses gave me paperwork to fill out and I just did that and handed back to the guy. I waited 20 minutes and they almost gave me the flu shot and the lady had an attitude that it was almost there lunch break she whispered to the guy pharmacy. I showed my phone to them saying "COVID BOOSTER SHOT" don't put the blame on me because you can't understand what I asked for. I told you my name, DOB, filled out paperwork, signed. My email notification confirms it. So the mistake is on you. If you want to go to a pharmacy don't waste your time. It was not busy at all and I was supposed to get my shot at 12:45 to 1 and I was there until 1:25 Pm on Saturday September 9th. Don't waste your time at this pharmacy.
