This particular Walgreens pharmacy is the worst that I’ve used in my 30 years of filling prescriptions, at many PNW Walgreens and non Walgreens alike. They take an average of 3 DAYS to fill a medication, sometimes more, and act like they’re doing you a favor on day 4. No apologies, no explanation. The refill request goes like this: You submit a refill request through their automated system with ample time for refill. The automated system tells you it’ll be ready by 11am the next morning. The next morning you get a text that says your refill request is delayed due an “insurance issue”. After that you get another text saying it’s delayed because of “needing pharmacist review.” So then you’re forced to call, like I have every SINGLE refill request, and sit on hold to find out when your medication will be ready. Someone will answer and place you on hold again, then come back on to verbally tell you they’re “still working on it.” Then when it’s FINALLY ready you drive through to pick it up and suddenly you’re told there’s another “issue.” It’s infuriating. I’m sure the problem isn’t the workers but the workers being short staffed and underpaid by the corporation. This does little to help the patient, though. I’ll be switching back to my old Walgreens because I just can’t with this one anymore.

I feel terrible for all the staff especially the pharmacy. Absolutely understaffed and overworked and they are treated by people with no respect while just trying to do their job. Please see that you meet the needs of the store and community.

I am so tired of the horrible customer service at this pharmacy! I called to get my prescription filled and was told it would be ready by 3pm, got there at 4pm and again another problem! They should have called me when they discovered they couldn’t fill my medication! Time is precious and I don’t have time to keep coming in because of there lack of care for their patients! I asked for help to find a item he told me he has customers to help! What am I??? So then he called someone to help me and no one came! SHOCKER!! This place is a completely unprofessional pharmacy!

Theres no other way to say this location has gone down hill. Staff is always mid nice which is okay. Happines isnt garenteed. But my Medicine is!. And my family and everyone elses. We get doctors to call even before hand and perscriptions are never ready. We always get sent on a goose chase and ive never had to do that with any other walgreens ever.I believe the location of this store is good but the area isnt. Unsafe for staff and customers which isnt there fault. Its bremertons. And the road getting in always sucks.

Love this location! The employees are all so helpful and working with some tragically unruly customers to boot!! Thank you guys for keeping our favorite neighborhood pharmacy/store up and running even during the most trying times. Shout out to Dakota!! I swear I must have heard your name being called 25 times asking for assistance or guidance. You are awesome!!

I use the pharmacy at this location and it’s always a positive experience. The pharmacy staff is overwhelmed during the week, however their customer service and demeanour is always understanding. Professional, friendly, and patient. The cashiers are doing their best as well considering rude/abusive customers that stroll through sometimes. Be prepared to wait and have patience. This location will do their best to help you.

Went to Walgreens last night at 9:40 because they are supposed to be open until 10pm like they have listed on thier website and google. I have provided photographic proof. They were not open. Change your posted hours on your website and stop wasting peoples time and gas money.

I called to ask about a covid test and was immediately put on a hold that lasted about 10 min. Then someone answered, said "thank you for calling Walgreens, please hold" before I could even open my mouth, and promptly puts me back on hold. After about a minute and a half of waiting, the phone goes from hold music to actual ringing, and after about 3-5 min of THAT, someone hangs the phone up without a word. I get that places get busy, but A, why bother picking up the phone only to put someone who was already on hold BACK on hold, and B, this is just horrible customer service. I mean, what the actual hell?

I got an item I didn't wanan because they don't listen to their customers and they when I try to return within the same half hour with receipt they wouldn't let me and wouldn't give me my money back
