Do not under any circumstances buy here. Aside from our 2019 soul already needing a new engine and having multiple issues before that, the people are the worst. Horrible customer service, they will find loopholes to deny you fixes to your vehicle that are covered under warranty. They’ll call you to try and sell you another car after they treated you like crap and pretend to not remember. The whole experience was a zero. We recently purchased from Peninsula Subaru, whole different experience. Never again west hills, you lost a customer that would’ve been a returning to purchase again had the experience been better.

Replace a recalled fuel pump from a recall that had been open for quite a while: Brandon was great and how he helped me was invaluable, and I received a comprehensive diagnosis (a little over $200) on all the other potential issues with my Honda.

Update !!!! I have since gotten to talk to someone about cancing my extended warranty and they are being really helpful...first I was really pleased with the service i received I purchased a new honda accord with all every feature they offer even got a hybrid. When I bought the car I told the guy I was gonna be driving alot and he told me that the car would be the best option for long road trips. I didn't have more than 2500 miles on it when it almost left me stranded in the Nevada desert. I get the car back here and they tell me its just the cvt transmission and im not used to it. I don't care what kind of transmission it is when they get hot and won't shift outta 3rd no matter how high the rpms get there is a problem. They insisted there wasn't. So I sold the car but now I been calling for over a week and leaving messages because im trying to cancel my extended warranty that i purchased for $14k and change i have left voicemail messages messages with the receptionist message on the live chat feature on the website. And they won't call me back. They are not as helpful or caring as they pretend to be and definitely are only worried about their profit margins and not customer satisfaction. That will be the first and last time I ever buy a brand new car and definitely stay away from cvt transmissions upon researching its inherent with them to get hot and have issues.

They have a hard time being up front and truthful. Won't be going back.

They come off as want to be so helpful. But at final paper work, they add SO MANY HIDDEN fees. SERVICE CONTRACT $4,500, GAP FEE $995, MAINTENANCE CONTRACT $598, ROAD-VANTAGE $2,033?!?!?! CAL TEX Appearance $1,4999?!?!?! WHATEVER PRICE THEY HAVE ADVERTISED, EXPECT TO END UP PAYING DOUBLE THAT. I DO NOT recommend getting car from here. And will NEVER get a car from here again. I signed and agreed to one price. initialed accidentally where was supposed to sign. Distinctly remember being no more than $15,000 total for car. And then they ask me come In today and the final price ends up $24,000!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE AND THEIR FAKE SMILES.

I would give Colin and his team 25 stars if possible! From first entering the department...then the shuttle ride (thank you Scott) to and from home...everyone was so professional AND lovely! I still appreciate the kindness I received. Thank You! Janet Lee Clark and her Ford Focus...with the troublesome ignition!

An absolute nightmare. Any amount of time is too long to spend here. Who is enjoying the terrible music? For whom is it played so loud?
Businesses of this variety are designed to maximize customer spending. Online deals are uniformly a better deal than visiting a dealership in person.

Danica was very friendly and helpful. Took us right to the car we wanted to see and was up front about its state and why it was cheaper to help us make a decision. We left to look around on our own and she came promptly when we called for a test drive when we found something better. Left that day with a new truck.

One star because I can’t give zero. Today I went in to test drive a couple of cars and I made it clear from the beginning that I was not interested in buying a car on that day, but I needed to see how I liked those vehicles. Even if I loved one it would be impossible to buy because I would need to trade in my current car which I did not have with me. At first the salesman made that seem totally fine, they helped me test drive and offered to find the trade in value of my car. After the test drive they told me it was impossible to find the trade in value without running my current car against the numbers on a car at the lot. Since I need to know the value I let them run it against a WRX I test drove. They proceeded to tell me it was impossible to run numbers without a down payment amount. After coercing me into giving them a number I said that I was ready to leave and repeated for the millionth time that I did not want to buy any car. My salesman stood up and sternly told me I was not allowed to leave, and that it was against their policy. He said that I had to speak to his manager and that he would be fired if I left when I wanted to. Felt like harassment. The manager then came over and continued to give me a shake down about buying the car. They were both visibly annoyed when I said I was not going to be buying it. It felt rude and uncomfortable. I will never be coming to that store again.
I understand the need for sales tactics, however I should be able to get a trade in value without having to give them my information to run on another car. I should also be allowed to leave at any point.
I would not recommend anyone seek out salesman Cole McCarter at the west hills Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram.
