Took the truck in for its first oil change. The service rep, Mackenzie was nice to work with. I was greeted immediately as I entered the service department and quickly checked in. Dallas is a great asset. I feel he took time and consideration with my purchase. He worked to help me transition from one vehicle to another in a seamless transaction.
