MY 86yr old father enjoys being one of a few hansom men in a sea of elegant women at The Lodge. They take pets, also.

Staff problems, yes maybe but good employees are hard to get nowdays. Bit reasonably priced and standard accommodations. Not a bad place to stay.

My grandmother lived there only for a short time. There was lack of care and frequent staff turn over. Her room was moldy when she moved in . I don't recommend it especially for the price
