Store manager profiles customers. If you carry a bag of groceries from harvest food, he wants you to set it up at the front, but isn’t that the same thing as carrying a purse for a woman? What is he going to do? Tell the woman to leave her purse at the front, he tells me we don’t allow outside products, everybody is wearing is an outside product. I think this store manager just profiles people based off of what they look like this is not OK. Stay away from this store. Karl the store manager is not a good leader

Travis, Traci and Alan were simply the best!!! From the moment I walked in Traci greeted so sincerely and made me feel welcomed. My issues were immediately addressed by Travis ( who by the way is a genius) he not only fixed my problem but gave me suggestions for later. And the cherry on top was Alan the manager!!!! He was on his way out the door yet still inquired about my experience.... Ace Hardware this should be one of your training stores!!!! Employees like these are hard to find, Please take care of them... Store #17652 should be the blueprint for how any Ace should be run!!! My name is Marcus Miller I am a over the road semi truck driver and I will tell everyone I know about this location!!!! Simply excellent...
